Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 20: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

After 105 hours and beating the main campaign + the DLCs, this game is a frustrating recommend. The game's best feature is also its worst: there's no saving and when you die, something happens to your character. Sometimes this can lead to interesting scenarios, but most of the time you are simply kicked while down. And combined with this game's marketing about 'great effort' and 'survival is earned, not given', the game can come off as elitist while simultaneously including mechanics with no tutorial, only discovery where you are punished for doing it wrong. All that being said, there is plenty of fun to be had, and you can see a lot of love and care put into the game and its mechanics. I hope the sequel improves the formula and doesn't double down on the punishments for the sake of catering to a hardcore crowd.
not a fun game.
Meu amigo foi falar com um NPC que estranhamente forneceu abrigo grátis, agora estamos presos em uma caverna sendo escravizados. 100/10 não confie em estranhos.
I played this a lot on GOG loved it so much I decided to buy it again on steam just because. That said this game is very much a personal taste kind of RPG it's harsh on new players I'd argue maybe even a little overly harsh. If you're willing to put time into this game to learn and meticulously understand it's systems you'll probably love it genuinely made with a lot of passion and a lot of stuff packed into this game. Let's talk a bit more specifics this is a third person open world RPG with light survival mechanics such as needing to sleep, eat, drink, and worry about weather conditions. The game is centred around the theme of you being born a nobody just a random person who inherited a lighthouse and a massive bloodline debt. You'll start off the game struggling to kill bandits or even common wolves, and probably getting spiked into the ground by a giant land walking mantis shrimp. You'll eventually grow into a person who goes down in history and be killing legendary creatures every day. The game will not make that journey easy though. At the start you'll struggle to even get through a single encounter without running out of stamina or getting two shot by a random wolf, not to mention having to find a way to pay off your bloodline debt dues or you'll get your only safe sanctuary (your lighthouse) taken away permanently. Stumbling into random caves looking for some loot to meet that due will probably end with you dying getting sent back to town or one of the other random game over scenarios. When dying in this game you don't load a save instead you'll be taken through a random encounter, this ranges from just waking up back in town after being robbed by bandits, being saved by an alien creature called an immaculate, or waking up next to a campfire with a commemorative bottle of booze to partake in (Or a 25% chance of a permanent game over if you picked hardcore mode). This usually adds some spice to the feeling of death however at the start of the game for a brand new player this kind of sucks as a system because the time limit to save your house is pending the entire time and whole days can pass in a blink of an eye due to this. I love this system ultimately but it caused me some hell while I was running around like a chicken with no head. Talking about more technical things the game has some very solid performance being made on Unity I don't remember any specific scenarios where my FPS went below 60 outside of a rare stutter. This game does have a multiplayer co-op system which I really appreciate that being said though it's kind of integrated in a not so ideal way a lot of quest rewards just aren't given out for the non host player, sometimes enemies will do entire 180 attacks to hit a player behind them because they switched targeting last second. You'll most likely have to play through each player's save a little bit to make sure one player isn't missing out on goodies the other one has gotten.
This game likes to waste your time by not making fast travel available. 80% of my game time was spent just walking from one area to another. The game is okay, I guess? It's somewhat fun. 5/10
Jogo bom, difícil, mas divertido
One of my favorite games ever. Very much looking forward to Outward 2!
This is a tough one because I really wanted to like this game. I tried and tried several times but I might ultimately have to quit. I've beaten Sekiro before which I guess gives me a false sense of confidence whenever I'm told a game is 'hard'. The central pitch is cool: when you're defeated you get a random event, and you spawn somewhere nearby randomly. You need to worry about things like food, water, cold and heat. You really need to think about stuff like setting up camp and staying at an inn for the night. In practice that's not how the game plays. Actual travel between regions is a matter of carefully dodging enemy patrols but otherwise walking straightforwardly from point a to point b. It's tedious and annoying and you might get demolished in a fight you can barely win, but that's all. The actual challenge comes from the game's combat, which relies heavily on your gear. The issue is if you die you can lose some of your gear and get thirsty/injured, which means you need to set up a camp and rest. Except you might get ambushed, thereby losing more of your gear and getting more thirsty/injured. Rinse repeat. There's no save-loading. You live with the consequences. On top of that the quests are all on a timer which adds to the fustration. I like the IDEA of a game with no save-loading where quests are on a timer. In practice in this specific game it ends up being poorly implemented and unfun. I went from the first area, where I felt like I was handling the combats quite well, to a second area (the marsh) where I was getting absolutely bodied by single goons. Even having sunk my money into skills and gear it felt like I was making no impact. Just getting into a cycle of getting taken out, having to rest and recover, only to get taken out again. The actual story looks interesting. I like the factions and choosing between them is interesting. Unfortunately it's gated behind the gameplay which is incredibly fustrating. I'd love to see a dev take the fundamental good ideas and to try and make them work. Who knows maybe Outward 2 will pull it off.
