Named Game of the Year 2019 by Giant Bomb, Polygon, Eurogamer, and The Guardian, Outer Wilds is a critically-acclaimed and award-winning open world mystery about a solar system trapped in an endless time loop.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 48/day in the week to Aug 22 → 45.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Literally life changing experience
Directionless, strange, sometimes even scary.
I don't really know what to write, because this is one of those games you don't need to read about. This game is all about exploring. You don't have any guidance; you just need to go and see everything for yourself. No one will teach you how to land, fly, or avoid obstacles — you learn it all by yourself. First, I decided to land on the furthest planet from me. Why? Just out of curiosity. Then, I found out that it was actually the scariest planet of them all, and that this game could be genuinely terrifying. There were moments when I wanted to close the game, but then I was like, "Wait a minute... what if I missed something in that one cave?" Curiosity keeps pushing you forward. Every planet feels different. From gravity to hidden secrets and places you've never seen before. The soundtrack fits every moment perfectly. Sometimes you're just enjoying the scenery, and a few minutes later you're wondering what on Earth is happening. To sum it up, the less you know about the game before playing it, the better. Trust me on this.
Overrated. This is the game that made me start thinking twice when I see the words "critically acclaimed" or "overwhelmingly positive". I hate getting interrupted in the middle of a puzzle and getting sent back to redo a bunch of stuff that I just did, that wasn't that fun, like wasting time fighting with the obnoxious spacecraft controls. Overall, it left me saying "I don't feel like dealing with any of this".
For something which feels like a book you know you can always read again, Outer Wilds is a game you can always relive. Over and over again. Over and over again. Over and over again.
I understand that many like this game. I just cannot get behind the ship controls, too tedious for me to enjoy the rest.
play this. good game. 10/10. even better actually. 22/10.
