A beautiful game, very good for relaxing and immersing yourself in another world.
First of all. Im liking the game, but there is a problem. The same problem as always in the past years, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimization. Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ incredible that with a 6800xt and r5 7600 my pc cant make 60fps on 1080p when it rains or when i deploy the house, its honestly deal breker for a lot of people. Mi card its like a 3080 and cant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ make 60fps 50% of the time, how would it run on a 3060? the most owned gpu on steam charts? its incredible that this is normal now. Its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game that looks worst than Firewatch and it demands as much as Cyberpunk to run on 60fps. By the way, Firewatch run on 60fps on a 1050, a mid end gpu thats 5 gens old, and this game cant mantain 60fps with a high end gpu from 2 gens ago. Honestly, dont buy this now, wait a year or so. This is the way this ♥♥♥♥ goes now, we cant expect a game to be fairly playable 5 months from the realese date, we have to wait years... for ♥♥♥♥ sake
This is a game with a lot of potential, that currently feels pretty unfinished. The wildlife is limited and there are no people. We've seen some places with a 'tent' but nobody is every around. The world is empty; they put in a lot of ingredients for food, but virtually no recipes exist. Driving around feels peaceful, but nothing really feels rewarding. We found a "hard hike" that was short and had nothing really at the top. We got to adopt a companion, but in multi-player you still only get one. Also, it fees like we just stole the dog, because there was nobody there to give us permission to adopt a dog. They were just left abandoned in the back yard. We are still playing it, so I guess I can recommend it, but honestly, doubt we'll make it to the end. We're starting to notice all the flaws and how little progress there is, and so it has a pretty strong time limit for playing.
