Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"Wow, that cat dies easily" Pros: On sale it's less than $0.50 USD. You pretty much get 61 international flag achievements just for starting the game and playing a few seconds. I like the flags. Cons: Awkward key binding, no save points, ineffective weaponry, oh and one hit and you get to start all the way at the beginning. Plus there's no easy way to quit the game once you start besides ctrl+alt+del

Other Worlds India (2017, разработчик и издатель — SharF Co.) — 2D‑экшен в жанре metroidvania.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is with the utmost pleasure and deference that I extend to you my sentiments regarding the indubitably exceptional gaming experience that is "Other Worlds India." The artistic composition that characterizes "Other Worlds India" is nothing short of a masterful confluence of the sublime and the mystical. However, it is the narrative tapestry interwoven with a rich fabric of cultural references, historical insights, and mythological allegory that truly elevates "Other Worlds India" into the echelons of gaming virtuosity. The intricate storytelling, replete with enigmatic characters, subplots, and moral dilemmas, invites the player to not merely partake in a game but to engage in a profound odyssey of the mind and spirit. In conclusion, "Other Worlds India" is nothing short of an immaculate gem in the diadem of contemporary gaming. It beckons, nay, implores, individuals of refinement and discernment to partake in a journey that transcends mere entertainment and takes one on a profound voyage of self-discovery through the resplendent tapestry of "Other Worlds India." It is my earnest conviction that this exceptional creation shall be forever engraved in the annals of gaming history as an exemplar of excellence. Permit me to proffer my sincerest commendations to the creators of this game, for they have fashioned a masterpiece that is nothing short of majestic. One can but tip one's hat to the unparalleled artistry and vision that have birthed "Other Worlds India." Bravo, I say, bravo!
Other Worlds India, developed and published by SharF Co., is an ambitious indie metroidvania that aims to capture the freedom and intensity of classic platforming adventures while offering players a sprawling world filled with danger, secrets, and challenges. It is a game that embraces exploration as its core identity, encouraging players to wander through an interconnected landscape, uncover hidden locations, collect weapons, and battle through increasingly difficult encounters. The design philosophy is rooted in the spirit of older games where the player’s curiosity and perseverance are more important than hand-holding tutorials or guided objectives. From the start, it promises “pure metroidvania” gameplay—an open map, difficult enemies, and an emphasis on discovery—and that’s exactly what it delivers, albeit with an unpolished edge that reflects both its indie roots and its ambitious scope. The world design in Other Worlds India is expansive and unapologetically open. Rather than confining players to a linear path, it allows free exploration from the beginning, letting them venture into almost any area if they have the skill and patience to survive. This freedom gives the game a sense of unpredictability, as you can easily wander into regions meant for much later in the experience and be swiftly punished by overwhelming enemies. This structure is both a blessing and a curse: it offers a genuine sense of adventure and autonomy, but it can also lead to frustration as difficulty spikes arrive without warning. The maps are vast and interconnected, filled with hidden nooks, secret chambers, and scattered power-ups that reward those who explore every corner. This commitment to open design will likely appeal to players who enjoy uncovering secrets and mastering difficult terrain through trial and error. Visually, the game embraces a retro pixel-art style that pays homage to the 16-bit era. The environments, though somewhat sparse at times, carry a sense of scale and atmosphere that supports the exploratory tone. From underground caverns and eerie temples to vast outdoor landscapes, the variety helps maintain a sense of discovery, even if the execution isn’t always consistent. The character animations are simple but functional, and while the art direction lacks the polish of bigger-budget titles, there’s a sincerity in its style that suits the game’s indie charm. The soundtrack stands out as one of its more distinctive features, using upbeat, anime-inspired tracks to infuse energy into the action. The contrast between the bright music and the often punishing difficulty creates a unique rhythm that gives the game its personality. Combat and movement form the backbone of the experience, with an arsenal of weapons and items available for players to experiment with. The controls are responsive enough for basic platforming, though some players may find them a bit stiff during more precise jumps or fights against agile enemies. The difficulty curve is steep, and enemy encounters can be punishing if approached without patience. Every death feels like a lesson learned rather than a mere setback, which reinforces the game’s “hardcore” identity. There are no easy routes or shortcuts—progress demands awareness and skill. The lack of frequent save points further heightens the tension, forcing players to plan carefully before venturing too far from safety. For those who enjoy overcoming difficult, old-school challenges, this design philosophy can feel deeply rewarding; for others, it might verge on unforgiving. One of the most appealing aspects of Other Worlds India is its commitment to player-driven exploration. It doesn’t provide a map filled with markers or clear instructions about where to go next. Instead, progress comes through experimentation and observation—an approach that harkens back to the early days of the metroidvania genre. Finding a new weapon, discovering a shortcut, or stumbling upon a hidden area carries genuine satisfaction. The variety of weapons encourages experimentation, as each tool changes how you approach enemies and obstacles. However, the game’s open nature also exposes some rough edges in pacing and progression. At times, areas can feel repetitive or underpopulated, and the lack of narrative or strong contextual goals makes it easy to lose a sense of direction. These issues don’t necessarily break the experience, but they do highlight the limits of its indie development scope. From a technical standpoint, Other Worlds India is lightweight and runs smoothly even on low-end PCs. The small file size and minimal system requirements make it accessible to almost anyone. However, its simplicity comes at the cost of refinement. The collision detection and hitboxes occasionally feel inconsistent, and the user interface could use more polish. The absence of a detailed map or more intuitive navigation tools might alienate players used to modern conveniences. Yet, these limitations also contribute to the game’s raw and old-fashioned appeal—it’s a title that expects players to engage actively, to fail repeatedly, and to push through with determination. For fans of retro-style games, that challenge may feel refreshing in an age dominated by accessibility and guidance. In the end, Other Worlds India is a fascinating example of indie ambition outpacing technical polish. It captures the essence of exploration and challenge that defines the metroidvania genre, offering players an expansive world to conquer through persistence and curiosity. While its rough edges and steep difficulty curve may deter casual players, those who embrace its unforgiving design will find moments of genuine satisfaction buried within its labyrinthine world. It’s a game that rewards patience, exploration, and mastery—values often missing in modern titles. Other Worlds India may not reach the refinement of genre giants, but it stands as a passionate, challenging homage to the classics, driven by the spirit of discovery and the thrill of overcoming adversity.
