Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 15 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Seems they panicked due to low EA sales (or what they thought was low) and caved to the vocal minority, and made resources infinite. A whole map to explore, made pointless, because there's little reason to leave your starter zone. This is what happens when you listen to whiny children who never touch grass and need everything handed to them. Infinite iron and coal right next to my starter base, which makes the procgen exploration the game was built around pointless and stupid. This is a lesson to all devs - stick to your guns; don't trade your vision for one quick dopamine hit of appeasement followed by years of obscurity because your game now lacks any challenge and you broke your core game loop for Creative Mode kids... Ugh.
This game is not ready for release. I come back now and again to see if its been polished, but it hasn't. I don't think the devs have played the early game enough to see how painful it is. vertical movement and combat is just a joke. By the trailers it looks like late game will be fun.

I could not get into it. The factory building is clunky, and the tech progression doesn't make sense much. You're moving around factories more than actually building them, and better belts (vertical) unlock much too late to solve for that. Didn't find joy in it, while the genre and type of game normally works great for me.
The idea of the game is amazing and I love the exploring and building, however the splitters don't work. You get them all set up and the next time you log in everything is going into the wrong machines. You spend WAY too long having to reset them up again only for them to break the next time you log in. Can't play it anymore until the bugs are sorted.
The combat and movement in this game is very floaty. Movement is simply too fast for one, and the combat is just swing, swing, swing, swing. With little feedback. And the enemies feel like they are assets ripped from the unreal store. In addition, after installing the game, I had to start again and verify files because stone and wood was not spawning. Spent 10 minutes looking around for a resource that didn't exist. And spawning dwarves when creating a building broke the last bit of immersion I had for the game. At that point I had to refund this garbage.
A digging game that really scratches that itch. It is similar to Satisfactory, harder to make clean lines but luckily you can just hide all the spaghetti underground and out of sight. It is in an early access state but it is entirely playable. The elevator is bugged out at the time of writing this which is unfortunate. You cannot build in reverse for some reason and sometimes steam pipes don't want to fit together without the assistance of a splitter. You can access storage before placing it on the ground. Note: This will delete anything put inside if you choose not to place the storage container down. Probably the biggest complement and gripe is that I want more. There are 10 mineable resources and none of them are especially fantastical. There are biomes with some regionally specific resources but there is almost no reason to venture out to find them. The map isn't especially large and you can get from one end to the other in a couple of minutes. As far as I can tell there are only really 3 levels of the map, surface, -1m to ~-99m, and -100m to -174m. I want some Adamantite, Orichalcum, and other fantasy metals. I want to dig deeper, build more, have a reason to siege enemy strongholds. I want armor and maybe some movement speed boots or fall resistance or double jump or jet pack. All in all I think it's well worth the purchase, 50 hours of beating the current content finding bugs and exploits. Pretty fun game.
Yikes, this doesn't even feel polished enough to be called Early Access.
Максимально прикольная игра. Самое лучшее что в этой есть, это то, что можно строить блиндажи и убивать орков(украинцев)
the game have alot bugs
**Orebound Review: A Promising Mine That Still Needs More Digging** Orebound, is one of those Early Access games where you can clearly see the treasure vein running through the rock, it just has not been fully mined out yet. At its core, the bones are absolutely there. The dwarf theme is charming, the world has personality, and there is enough going on to make you want to grab a pickaxe and see what is buried a little deeper. For $10, I would say it is worth the entry price, especially if you enjoy supporting games early and watching them grow over time. That said, this is very much a true Early Access game, and it feels like one. Performance needs work, gameplay could use more polish, and there are definitely some glitches that need to be hammered out at the forge. The AI also needs improvement, and the game would benefit from a much clearer sense of direction. Right now, it is not always obvious what your larger goal is, which can make the experience feel a bit scattered. Orebound currently has a lot of systems and ideas packed into it, but many of them feel surface level. As the old saying goes, it is a mile wide and an inch deep (or, in dwarf terms, they have dug a huge mine, but most of the tunnels still need richer ore.) Still, I want to be clear: this is a positive review. There is real potential here. The foundation is solid, the theme is fun, and Emberforge has something worth building on. With better optimization, deeper systems, smarter AI, and a clearer gameplay loop, Orebound could grow into something genuinely special. For now, it is a rough gem in the mountain. Not fully polished, but absolutely worth keeping an eye on and worth the sale price of $10 if you are willing to swing your pickaxe through some Early Access rubble.
