In OPERATOR, you will play as an elite Tier 1 operator undergoing dangerous clandestine operations all across the globe. With a strategic, measured, and unforgiving style of gameplay. OPERATOR aims to be the ultimate tactical shooter with total realism in mind. Featuring realistic weapon handling, ballistics, injury, gore, and active ragdolls.
In OPERATOR, what you see is what you get... literally. We’ve redefined first-person gameplay by ensuring the first-person perspective is seamlessly connected to your character in the world. Unlike traditional FPS games, where floating viewmodels represent your hands and weapons, OPERATOR renders your character’s full body in the first-person view. Every movement, every action, and every detail you see is exactly as it would appear to any other player in the environment. Leaning around a corner or aiming your weapon feels natural because it’s not an isolated animation—it’s procedural, simulating your character moving in the world. Physically Interacting with doors, your weapons occupying realistic space, you need to take every small detail into consideration when operating downrange.
OPERATOR also has a fully in-depth and unique adjustable crouch, lean and stance system. Using your mouse to finely control the exact angle you need. No more over lean or over crouching, the perfect angle is in your grasp. In addition to this we have implemented a high and low ready system for your firearms to rest your arm stamina and to avoid flagging fellow operators in the field. With in depth weapon collision systems, variable movement speed, manual operation of firearms, shoulder tapping, physical door interactions and plently more fine details OPERATOR has many unique and innovative mechanics not seen in any other tactical shooter.
When operating downrange, you’re just one cog in a machine. Work with your fellow operators to achieve mission success all over the globe. Your success hinges on seamless coordination and communication, from urban close-quarters combat to wide-open terrain in hostile environments, teamwork is the key to survival and victory.
Your weapon isn’t just a tool—it’s a reflection of the way you operate.
Use a wide range of weapon attachments to personalize your firearm and tune it to whatever your mission might require. Strip the gun down to the receiver and build it from the ground up. No limitations. You define what's tactical.
The battlefield is in your hands. Use the environment to your advantage, along with a diverse range of special purpose tools and assets, such as tactical grenades, battering rams, hammers, and an ISR feed with thermal imagery continuously informing you on the atmospherics inside your Area of Operations.
The laptop located in the armory is where you plan out and execute your missions, offering full control over your missions and tactical planning. From here, you can select active operations or dive into simulation mode to refine your skills.
Choose from a variety of high-stakes, real-world missions around the globe. Use pre-gathered intelligence to influence your planning, and get a full picture of the area of operation. Decide on your ingress specifics, including the time of day and infiltration point, ensuring you have the perfect setup for your team’s strategy.
After completing every operation you can choose to replay them using the simulation mode in the tactical operations hub. This mode also allows you to change the parameters of the mission including enemy count, enemy difficulty and more.
Also under the simulations category are the PVP “Force on Force” game modes, where you can fight your friends in multiple different settings. Being both casual and competitive it can deliver a whole other perspective of being an operator.
Dive into the PvP modes, where every match is fast, intense, and tactical. Team Deathmatch rewards cooperation and strategy, while Free-for-All puts your individual skills to the test. With fluid mechanics and dynamic maps, OPERATOR offers both casual fun and competitive thrills, ensuring every match is a high-stakes challenge.
Refine your skills at the shooting range including a fully randomised shoot house. Randomising the layout and targets active including non targets. With a built in timer and history of previous runs you can see yourself improve in real time.

I've been trying to enjoy this game but I just don't gel with it. The movement is clunky and not in a good way at all, in a way that impedes the game feeling intuitive and enjoyable. Gunplay is okay, but then there's this added layer of "aren't we SO realistic guys" that makes it really needlessly complicated. I may be missing something, but there is no UI element to help you understand how much ammo is in your mag, other similar games at least give you a rough idea at least. I never know if my weapon is on single, burst or automatic and I don't know what I can do to check besides inspecting the weapon which takes a couple seconds...for what? The enemy AI will basically just come to you the moment you start shooting, you can absolutely sit in a corner and just kill one guy and wait as most of the map's enemies will slowly make their way to you so you can shoot them as the turn the corner. The customization of weapons and your inventory management is really bad, there doesn't seem to be any way to just see at a glance what weapons you have equipped. I constantly find myself accidentally waying myself down by having my previous weapon still equipped somehow? You have to manually swap magazines out when you swap guns which I just find annoying. There are graphical problems, mainly what I've run into is the overlay for NVG is sometimes cut off on the bottom, so you just see a big black NVG vignette and then no NVG on the bottom of your screen. Last thing I'll say is a lot of the missions literally drop you into the mission already being shot at by enemies, forcing you to either restart or get your bearings instantly before the enemy is able to kill you. Just not a very fun game unfortunately. Hopefully updates will improve it.

Yeah, not worth your time right now. Weapon design and modification are great, and the concept of the game is at least original, but as it is, the game really sucks. Movement is clunky and unrealistically slow. You move like a penguin, waddling around at a turtle's pace across maps way too big to cross in a fun amount of time. AI are either broken and dont acknowledge your existance or they laser beam you across a valley with an AK on full auto. For some reason the devs added weapons malfunctions like misfires, and while that's fine by itself, you get a malfunction EVERY MISSION. Often, multiple times. Earlier today, I lost a mission I'd been working on for 27 minutes because an AI survived a grenade blast five feet away from him (a cotton mattress about 3 inches thick shielded him from the blast) and my first shot around the corner was a malfunction. That was the third weapon malfunction of that game, and I immediately died and lost all the progress. Thanks a lot devs. This game TOTALLY needed malfunctions. The game also tried to be original with the doors and weapons handling, and I have to say that OPERATOR has the WORST weapons handling of any other game I've played. Hands down. When you aim down sights, your weapon is never actually in the center of the screen, but is instead drifting and floating around your monitor. Reloading is awful. You press R to reload, BUT THEN you have to manually bind and push another button to drop the bolt, work the pump, or rack the bolt to complete the reload, instead of that being an integral part of the reload mechanic. So, that means you can fire a magazine, reload, and still be running around with an empty weapon because the devs didnt make chambering an automatic part of the reload. Doors are also moronically designed. Instead of an "open, cracked, or shut" system like in every other game, you have to grab the door knob and use your scroll bar to open or shut it. It's clunky, slow, and VERY easy to mess up. I recognize this game is still VERY much in the development stage so it's hopeful that some of these things get addressed before it's done. If they do make those changes, dont waste money on it until then. And if they dont make those changes, dont waste your money on an unrealistic and un-fun waddling simulator.
way better than GB and way less rules than RoN
I LOVE WAR CRIMES!!!!
Trust me when I say this... buy this instead of Ground Branch!! Operator runs decnet sometimes, it feels smooth, and is much better optimized with its recent 0.95 update. The gameplay is responsive, the gunplay is satisfying and the customization is top tier fun to play around with!!
O melhor FPS tático que já joguei. Melhor que Six Days... melhor que o Arma... Melhor que Ready Or Not... É um jogo expetacular!
Operator is by far one of the better FPS realism games I've played. Much like Bodycam, this game gets the FPS experience right. I admire that this game got suppression right. Some games make your screen blurry, but this one makes your heartrate go up when getting shot at and makes your character shake. The missions are a good mix of military combat missions and house direct action raids. I have just about gone through every mission so it's starting to get a bit boring now. I really hope they add a lot more missions to choose from. This game is really good right now. Complaint: My only complaint with the game is that it may not be optimized very well. I have a 64 GB RAM PC with a RTX 5090 where I run most games on 300-400 FPS. This game runs at 120-140 FPS at MAX but most of the time the game runs closer to 70 FPS. There are times where the game becomes glitchy and I am running as low as 10-20 FPS for about a minute straight. There is no reason I should be getting anywhere close to that especially with a RTX 5090. I really hope they do something to make the game nice and smooth when it comes to running it. That's my only complaint. Overall, amazing game.

I really want to like this game but theres too much jank. The movement feels floaty and heavy. Ill come back to it in the future to see if it feels better. The customization is great though.
i come from games like tarkov, arma, and dayz and i just want to say that this game has potential, but right now it's not worth the money. The AI is abysmal and will shoot through walls trees at near impossible angles. The gunplay is very buggy for me, my guys arms are constantly shaking even when i load in to a raid with fresh hp. I'll go to ADS and my scope will just be black (yes i adjusted it on the gun bench) other times i'll be ADS and then crouch and my scope will go completely black. audio is absolutely terrible.
