great game insight into ww1 tactics really reccomended great idea great execution especially looking at the fact it was made by an indie developer this is severly underappreciated and deserves to be in the ww1 hall of fame I Also need to say that i admiire the creator for going on even though the game is still tiny he consistentley updates the game

I want this kind of game to exist. I deeply, deeply want it. But this game isn't it. This game is simply a personal experiment by one guy mostly for, I feel, his own amusement, rather than a true video game meant to provide entertainment to the masses. I hope he makes a successor that actually involves other human beings in the development process and takes this work more seriously.

Nice niche ww1 strategy game, every update expands, adds and improves various interesting features game itself is a bit slow paced, having to play for hours on max speed to eventually go over the top, but its a nice slow burn game, I enjoy coming back every few months after some updates to see development coming along nicely

This game gets a recommended from me, but it is because of the developer. The developer is keeping this game fixed and keeps improving it and responds to feedback. Now on to the review: The game is about as intuitive as the start up procedure of an Mig 29 without instructions of Russian translation. So yeah the learning curve is steep. However it is the only game of its type to really get into the details. Every commander, orders, and execution is great. This feels like how actual planning goes, but without a room full of subordinates to help you. If you are looking for something easy and fun, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a flawed masterpiece, then get it.

В текущем состоянии неиграбельно. Очень много технических проблем приводящих к вылетам, сильно не хватает QOL фич, например общего приказа занять какую нибудь траншею, что особенно печалит на фоне того, что генератор карт может оставить половину первой линии пустой. Потерпел бы все вышеперечисленное, но мне три раза подряд попался баг, при котором некоторые кнопки клавиатуры и мыши не работают, что меня просто вымораживает. Задел у игры не плохой, но советую всем подождать хотя бы полгодика от даты написания обзора, чтобы часть из описанных проблем ушла.

Fun, but some of the tutorials i think do not work.

Repeatably crashes , AI doesn't do what you want , The worst tutorial I've ever seen. Edit, Dev responded to my message on the forum about the crashing and within a week fixed it , although the game not exactly my thing it is very novel and tbh does have some good ideas. Dev is reworking the tutorial but over all I do recommend the game to try.
