Great game, so much memories...

I could lie with a woman sooner than figure out how to save! 10/10 Also, with the press of any key without the means to cancel, I could agree to transfer my soul to a stranger, like in Apple's user agreement! This game was ahead of its time! Also, music by David Bowie! But the controls are terrible, the fonts are almost unreadable, the save system just the worst, the repetition of "use" sound is killing me, but hey, it's Quantic Dream's first game, so if you have the patience, you can truly see something unique that was ahead of its time and could be an awesome game if somebody would make a proper remake from it.

I actually am a fan of David cage and most of the games quantic dreams have done. So hearing about this, their first game? Plus david bowie? Thats pretty cool I thought. I knew the controls would be dated but I've managed through the original alone in the dark trilogy, so I thought I could handle it. But no, the controls were beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Its basically unplayable and has no controller support. The saves are limited, which is totally fine normally, but I was being cautious with my saves and had the game crash on me 3 separate times, losing a good amount of progress. This is the first game in my adult life that I couldn't complete. Even using a guide, I had to just admit defeat and quit. Every aspect of this game is a complete disaster.

Es un juego pesado, con controles arcaicos y repleto de bugs. Pero es un gran videojuego. Si tienes la paciencia (y el tiempo) y te gustan los juegos retro que se juegan mal, sin duda te encontrarás con una obra maestra en la construcción de mundo y narrativa. ADEMÁS SALE DAVID BOWIEEEE.

Thank you David Cage, I've never had this much misery shooting a gun in a video game. Still, what a world they crafted. Really intriguing stuff. And the music! It's really 90s. This whole game feels so hazy to immerse myself into...

Eines der besten Spiele aller Zeiten. Story: 11/10 Grafik: 8/10 (Mir gefällt dieser Retro-Charm) Sound: 10/10 (David Bowie!) Gameplay (Erkundung): 8/10 Gameplay (Shooter Passagen): 5/10 Gameplay (Fighting Passagen): 7/10 Steuerung: 2/10 (Da muss echt was gemacht werden) Steam Version ist zwar nur auf Englisch aber google hilft dabei die Deutsche Sprache wieder hinzubekommen.

A one of a kind game from the mind of David Cage that, at the time, we still didnt know he was a fraud. Its a very ambitious game that gathered a cult following but... sorry, its ♥♥♥♥♥. Controls are almost unplayable. Story is whack and gameplay is weak. Bowie soundtrack is nice though. This was a pain in the ass to run on the Deck. You'll need an older version of dgvoodoo2 that is a chore to find.
