Old Skies

Great game. Feels a bit episodic at first, but all the threads come together nicely with a touching overall story. The periodic time loop mechanics got tiring once or twice but overall the puzzles were fun. I can already tell the story is going to stick with me for a bit.

Awesome game. Fully voice acted and the actors do a good enogh job. And the story is superb. I loved it all the way to the end.

I loved it! It's a really fun story with varied twists and turns, and the ending felt very powerful to me. Thank you for some very surprising tears.

Modern point and click adventure. Voice acting is pristine. Interesting blot. Puzzles are at times bit out of the scope but game hints just enough to get usually on the right track. I am not complete fan of some of the things like that the game contains more gay relations than hetero relationships. Some of the art work is rather 'fuzzy' and its seems that the protagonist art have been made in way to mix age and old age which do not really fit. If you loved monkey island games pretty sure you like this one. About 12h of casual play time.

Gorgeous, heartfelt, charming, and with an incredibly well-crafted narrative. Wadjet Eye somehow manages to top itself with every new game they release! Puzzles are not all that difficult but often require lots of backtracking, talking to NPCs multiple times, or repeating exact actions over again and expecting a different result. Other than those minor annoyances, the game flowed really well, with a number of fun mechanics that rarely outstay their welcome. Chapter 4 was easily the standout in this regard, with some hilarious and unexpected applications of puzzle and narrative design. More importantly though, the story and characters were excellent, and the true depth of the narrative doesn't quite hit you until close to the end. Well worth picking up even at full price, and check out the studio's back catalogue of games while you're at it!

One of my favorite adventure games with an interesting and original story. I'd recommend this to all adventure game fans.

Straight forward point and click although not really a pixel hunting, item gathering game so much as story driven adventure that requires some mild puzzle solving.
