For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.

The roguelike to beat all roguelikes. If you like card-based roguelikes like Slay the Spire and Tainted Grail but feel sad every time you need to start a new character, play this. There's the option to create hundreds of adventurers, all different, using different classes, focusing different skills. My first character was a bulky tank that jumped around while getting shields from everyone he hits, my second character makes entire levels full of water and uses electricity to nuke enemies from afar while constantly having full energy. And while most of the time they came in like a wrecking ball, I never stopped having to consciously make my moves. And the humor is horribly, absolutely horribly fun. It doesn't hold back on the puns at all, and the randomly generated text gets me every time. Having adventurers be allergic to lamps and a blood type: stinky. Fighting enemies like Cake Boss Ellie and their army of penguins, or Oracle Maryam the Weight Lifter. The only problem I've had is that I've been softlocked by bugs a few times, things happening too fast and the game perceiving enemies that aren't there, thus not ending the battle ever. Or being stuck on a turn where I could do nothing. Luckily you can go back to main menu and immediately continue the dungeon from before you entered the room.
Written By Hidden Gems Review : https://store.steampowered.com/curator/38624426/, Follow me!
Obsidian Prince is a Turn-based Roguelite game. The game have some good points and some bad ones. Good points like the great soundtrack and the idea of administrating heroes for do quest with unlocking new zones of the map. Bad points like a slow square movement, I know it's turn-based but when you move square and atack are pretty slow so make it a bit tedious; Also the pixel art of this game hasn't great visuals. With this game I wish there is a middle button but sinces it's a game where must shine the most on the gameplay I say.. no... i'm sorry - -
TL:DR - I finally installed it and played it... for about 20 minutes. I have already uninstalled it and wish I had tried it sooner so I could have refunded it. First mission? A stereotypical "kill rats in the basement" mission. That was my first clue that I might not be happy with this game. The combat feels boring, clunky, and very slow. Movement is one square at a time unless you use an ability. The whole card ability system is just... dull, and none of the abilities felt interesting, or impactful, or fun. Too many of them were too similar. Every fight just felt the same, too. Didn't matter what the enemy looked like or what they were. I would just slowly move toward the enemy - no cover mechanics or anything like overwatch seemed to exist and then I would use a ranged attack when I was close enough. Half the time it would just outright kill the enemy in one hit, sometimes it would take two hits. Melee? Same thing once in range - I would click to attack and the enemy would instantly die, or I would click to use an ability like the circular attack and the enemies I hit would just die... no strategy needed, no effort required. Very rarely would an enemy survive the first hit, only one of the "boss" characters I fought took more than a couple hits to kill but even that fight was super easy. Don't think I ever took enough damage to be concerned about losing a fight, didn't really try to avoid hits or use any "strategy." The graphics aren't too bad for the style they chose but you can't zoom in and the combat effects are pretty hard to see because it's all so small. Since you can't zoom in and everything is pretty small you can't even tell what half the characters and enemies are supposed to be. Apparently you can eventually build up a town, add more characters to your roster, but... I just couldn't force myself to keep playing long enough to do that. Not one thing about it made me want to keep playing after about 20 minutes so I really can't rate this higher than a 3/10.
A quirky and charming dungeon crawler with good humor and varied gameplay. It's a little rough around the edges but is definitely worth checking out.
Cute artstyle, fun gameplay but can be a bit confusing at times (at least to me it was)
https://youtu.be/4I63sR1BVgg Despite some clunky interface issues the campaigned mode's various system interlock in a rather satisfying way.
It's an unique and fun game. Artstyle is gorgeous and the developers listen to the discussion forums. I asked them for 16:10 aspect ratio support so we have no black borders on the steamdeck and they delivered and notified me, that they implemented it.
Thoughtful tactical battles, lots of artifacts and lots of monsters. I would play it more, but here is what takes the game a bit down: - I like this kind of graphic, but often (especially with more than just few monsters) it is hard to get oriented which fields are threatened by whom. This shouldn't be too difficult to fix, but unfortunately it stays and kind takes joy away from more difficult combats. - The skill tree looks pretty good and rich, at the first sight that is. But later you realize that with most of the classes you anyway want to invest in more or less same stuff - And finally it becomes quickly repetitive But despite all that, I enjoyed the dozen of hours playing it and I say it is worth the money. Sadly I dont think I am gonna return to it.
Yes.
Very fun so far!~
