Obscured Stories: The Resentment

It's in a pretty broken state unfortunately. Audio is all over the place, some stuff is just randomly extremely loud, even for a horror game. Extremely limited game options meaning I couldn't lower the obscenely high mouse sensitivity or set up the game properly for streaming. I hit a point after taking out the trash where the game just wouldn't progress too, which was a bit frustrating. Overall I really don't recommend it

An ok game I suppose, definitely not very well polished though since collision on certain objects is non existent. Game does have some goofy moments and there is quite a bit of walls of text in the police interviews. A hell lots of bugs/glitches, waited for 3 months, still no fixes, stuck in a door, stuck in the pc, stuck in the book when you have to write, i can't even get ending 2, i keep spam-cliking and what ? it does not work (well, it shows that the clicks are recognized by the game) but i die over and over again. If you want to buy this game, check to see if there is an update to fix things, if not, know that not all endings are obtainable, and a lot of bugs in the game. After finishing the game the first time, i was like (yeah, i'd surely buy the future games of this dev) hoping he'd fix things, but he does not seem to care.

Простите, но игра плохая. МИНУСЫ: 1. Высокая чувствительность, которую нельзя изменить 2. Полное отсутствие настроек 3. После каждого диалога игра лагает несколько секунд 4. Диалог с офицерами перематывается сам, причем, очень быстро ПЛЮСЫ: 1. Графика и освещение выглядят комфортно 2. Некоторые скримеры застают врасплох 3. Момент с дедом и туалетом зашел ПРИМЕЧАНИЯ: Игру до конца я пройти не смогла, все описанное выше мнение является неполным. Надеюсь, что помогла кому-то :)

The Resentment surprised me. It’s a horror game that doesn’t rush. Instead of cheap thrills, it opts for slow tension, psychological dread, and unsettling realism. The story is rooted in people, not monsters. That’s where it hits hardest. From Lisa's anxious self-talk to the uncomfortable interactions with a hunched, suspicious customer, the game draws you into a world that feels ordinary—until it’s not. A strong psychological horror with heart, atmosphere, and a creeping sense of dread. It’s not flashy, and it’s not fast—but it sticks with you. If you liked The Convenience Store or Fear & Hunger, this is your lane. It’s perfect for a quiet night in, headphones on, lights off, and nothing but time to kill.

Great game, really enjoyable. The first ending I got was flawless with no really bugs. I did attempt to play through another ending and I was unable to pickup the flashlight after many notes saying "Dont forget to pickup the flashlight" Not sure what was going on there, But hopefully just a quick bug fix to make the ending playable. Either way, well worth the $3. Going to try for the rest of the endings. Will keep an eye out for more games from them down the road.

El juego es simple, pero corto y entretenido. Tiene 5 finales diferentes, fáciles de obtener. El "pero" es que se hace muy repetitivo cuando quieres obtener todos los finales, ya que todo va demasiado lento. Aunque hay una opción de pasar directamente a la segunda noche, la espera a los clientes se hace eterna, así como las tareas del principio de la noche 2. Aún así, se puede disfrutar.
