Awesome little stealth game! Sneaking around eating furniture is a lot more fun than you might think lol. The stages are interesting and get more difficult as you progress. It starts off pretty simple but eventually you'll have many different objectives to handle. Has a good bit of stuff to unlock and some neat gadgets. If you enjoy stealth games you will probably like this one too!
Игра супер скучная Мой итог 2/10
A roguelike without combat. Highlights include one of the best video game soundtracks of all time, stylish presentation, strategic gameplay, and a better stealth system than every Ubisoft and Hitman game combined.

This game is probably something I would have played through back when I was still playing games in my browser. The gameplay loop just wasn't exciting enough standards for me to keep playing this game, especially for today's standards - even though "The Binding of Isaac" was already released in 2011, two years prior to this which is leagues above considering a exciting gameplay loop. The sound design is pretty smooth though and the art & voice design is alright. The "difficulty increase" is boring. The levels just get progressively larger in size, with more enemies and traps sprinkled around them. The procedural generated levels are pretty lazy and boring, rather annoying. Most of the time it's impossible to take your time and go slow since there are too many robots with unpredictable walking patterns around the level. The buffs help a little with speedrunning through the levels and they upgrade when you reach higher levels, which is cool but there isn't enough to keep it fresh and the upgrades are rather minor, you don't really realize them. Alt-tabbing out of the game makes it frequently crash, besides this the game works & does what it promises. It just ain't something I'd recommend especially for 9,75€, except you are somebody with very little gaming experience or you're very easily entertained. (4.6/10)

First Impressions in the Year 2025 - Poor controller support. Action buttons are only described with Mouse/Keyboard buttons. Controller works with some fiddling (enable Steam input before launching the game, have to set binds manually). The game was very confused with my DualShock 4's gyro, I had to re-calibrate it in Steam Big Picture Mode's controller settings and put the controller on my desk while setting the bindings in game. If the controller support was any worse, I wouldn't recommend this game.. - Game appears to support Linux, but the Linux version will not open for me on Linux Mint 22.1 with NVIDIA graphics. It immediately crashes after launch. - Windows version runs fine via Proton. - Epilepsy warning: game launch screen has intense flashing before the main menu opens. - Linux issue: some shaders are improperly rendered, causing weird flickering on green things like the food bar when it's full and the robot itself. Would I recommend this at full price ($10 USD)? Yes I can't comment much as to the gameplay as I've only completed a couple levels, but I like what I see so far. The tutorials only giving me the mouse/keyboard buttons is highly annoying, but the game really only has 4 or 5 action buttons besides camera and movement, so I figured it out.
Not The Robots is a goofy stealth roguelike where you play a hungry office robot sneaking around procedural levels, scarfing down the very furniture you’re supposed to hide behind. Random layouts, permadeath and angry lasers keep runs tense and punchy, and when the chaos clicks it feels like a cursed mix of Pac‑Man and office relocation gone wrong.
