It's a good, beautiful, and very short game with (almost) no annoying controls, which to me is a rarity among side-scroll rpg-ish games. It also runs super smooth on my not-very-good laptop, too! But all that, for 17€? I probably wouldn't. Wait for a discount :)

Très court mais sympa ! Nocturnal nous propose des combats dynamiques et embrasés dans un univers sombre et énigmatique. Le style graphique "dessin animé" est vraiment propre, les détails du décors, comme des animations, sont très soignés. Coup de cœur pour l'audio que je trouve particulièrement réussi et qui nous offre une remarquable immersion. Coté gameplay, une mécanique principale assez innovante et plutôt bien équilibrée, sur un fond de maniabilité classique, simple, intuitive et efficace. Pour le prix, j'ai obtenu Nocturnal gratuitement. Le jeu se platine en 2 heures sans trop de difficulté... Néanmoins, je recommande.

Short, but competently-made. Nocturnal has, pretty much all I could ask for for a game its length. A good story you can follow, good gameplay and level-design, enough variety, both in enemies and mechanics to keep things fresh for its duration and an accessible difficulty level. It also runs quite smoothly, though that's to be expected. There's customization, collectibles, a cool graphical style and good music. Normally, my reviews are longer but honestly, Nocturnal hits the mark. The game leaves you wanting more by the end. There isn't any real replayability ; You can get all of the collectibles in one run with surprising ease given its genre The price it goes for on sale is quite fair in my opinion. Though a lot of folks got it for free during a giveway a while back. Overall, I'd give the game a 9/10

Игра классная, но короткая. Плюсы: Визуал, боевка,динамика. Минусы: Игра короткая, в бою не понятно когда парировать из-за того что не видишь атаки врага.
