14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Short action-platformer with an intriguing main mechanic. Let me start off by saying that this game is for sure wrongly priced. It packs at most a 3-4 hour playthrough, including achievement hunting, containing a linear and generic experience. I know that it was given out for free at a time and that it's constantly at a high discount, but that still does not excuse it. That isn't to say that Nocturnal is a bad game, it's actually pretty solid. Combat is fluid with space for creativity with plenty of actions at your disposal, but fights become easily cluttered and frustrating to manage. I got by only by dodging and parrying because of how forgiving the game is. Enemies' patterns always play out the same, their variety is limited, and there's an "infinite" heal button with a short cooldown. Bosses were also few and easy to blast through. Platforming sections were fun but also unchallenging because of how much leeway you are given. Time constraints are very forgiving, you can dodge in the air, your character automatically grabs onto ledges, and time is slowed down while aiming. This plus checkpoints before literally every section makes failing almost meaningless. Puzzles are as straightforward as it gets with almost no way to miss the solution by just following the normal path. The art style is simple, clean, and beautiful. Worldbuilding was minimal, accompanied by a bland and generic story. No voice acting, but sound design was also great. The main action loop was what bothered me the most. The game expects you to fail and overcome sections through trial and error by throwing you into chaos without any prior signs and then reviving you at the checkpoint you took 5 seconds ago. This feeling of failure becomes annoying pretty quickly and makes you aware at all times. It also does not encourage exploration, at least not in the right way, since if you progress through the main path, it closes the path behind you and any areas that you thought you could explore later. Not knowing that you have to keep your flame on to clear some areas was also frustrating. Overall Nocturnal has a pretty solid base to work on, and I wish the developers luck in creating its sequel.
After 2.6 hours in a message constantly appears - Failed To save something.... even after deleting.
Simple and short slasher-platformer where you can finally burn furniture, plants, barrels, corpses, and yeah, enemies too . . . even your sister 🔥
If you love indie side scrollers, grab this bargain whilst its on sale now! It is easy to pick up, decent skills tree that is fairly easy to max out and the game itself is challenging enough in certain areas, without being too repetitively difficult to keep you engaged. Plays lovely on the Steam Deck! Expecting any proceeds to this game will go into the sequel which is likely much longer.
A short but enjoyable platformer. The combat feels fluid and satisfying, the visuals are great, and while the story is simple, it does its job. Overall, a fun experience that's definitely worth playing if you enjoy action platformers.
.
It feels less like a full game and more like a strong prototype for something bigger and that's not a bad thing. By the end, my hype for a sequel went way up. Recommended if you're okay with a tight, focused experience rather than a long one. Hoping for a Nocturnal 2.
