Not really worth it outside of the gorgeous visuals an extremely linear story where nothing you do matters (outside of exactly one decision) extremely predictable too. ... it is beautiful to look at tho.
This is a really rich story, they do such a good job of giving the feeling that your choices matter.
Amazing art direction and a great story. However, there's a bit too much hand-holding — it's more of an adventure walking sim. If you enjoy those kinds of games, it's well worth playing.
Gameplay: 7/10 Story: 7/10 Atmosphere 9/10 The game was basically cyberpunk Dresden Files. There are multiple endings, and I only did one, and that was enough for me. If you've played Arkham Origins, there's a couple of sections where you use these gadgets to reconstruct crime scenes to figure out what happened, and this game is basically all just that. It was fun, but I can see a lot of people just calling the game a walking simulator, because it kinda is. The game takes place in a cyberpunk future where mankind has figured out immortality, but they managed to make it suck with capitalism. They achieved immortality by removing your consciousness from your body and putting it in another. So when you get old, you just switch to a younger body and keep on chugging. The problem is if you fail to pay your immortality tax at any point after you turn 21, the government "repossesses" your body, sticks your consciousness in a bank, and pretty much gives your body to somebody else. My only 2 complaints are that the game is overly edgy, and some of the story writing is a bit lazy. But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the game edgy. Like, every other sentence drops the F bomb. It's almost comical.
Bocciato.
i miss my wife. this city ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. i dream of frutiger aero. god, get me out of this place. im 120 years old
