A short, minimalist stealth-action game about the importance of art. We painted the sky ashen gray. Burned the heavens to starve each other. Now we walk an endless cemetery of regret.

Fun short experience. Not sure what the narrative is truly about, but the graphics and overall tone are neat.
This is a stealth game with 6 short levels, where you have to find and execute several prisoners, and then escape. There are no mid-level checkpoints, alerts are tuned to be less forgiving, it presents mere concepts of a story and it will get frustrating if you don't approach it with patience, so it's of limited appeal. On the plus side, it's one of the few games who pull their mechanics from early Splinter Cell games, and it has a strong oppressive aesthetic. There is a potential here that is worth developing, and I hope that creator gets to iterate on these ideas in another project. But I can only recommend the game as-is to people who like hardcore stealth, and only on sale.
looks good but sooooooooooooooo basic, Action games with tacked on stealth features got more going for them interms of stealth gameplay
As a tech demo type of thing, it's good. The visuals and audio are nice, and I'm interested in what little we know about this world. I liked the limited ability to silence footsteps. That kind of thing is something I'd love to see in more games. The health cost of doing so was unusual, but ultimately cheap/replenishable enough to be unobtrusive. I also enjoyed that there weren't invincible elite guards or unexpected boss fights to disrupt the gameplay. Were they to bring this gameplay and/or world to a larger game, I'd suggest refining it a bit. The ablity to view the controls would be nice, as simple as they are. Adjust some of the lighting or add a brightness slider (one area was pretty much in black and white, while others were very bright). The gunplay is very much not the focus, which is fine, but it could use some tweaks to be more fun and less janky (increased accuracy, faster aiming speed, the pistol actually being useful for stealth takedowns, etc.). The stealth takedowns could also use a bit of a range increase or trigger adjustment, as sometimes the prompt wouldn't come up at all and I'd just end up bumping into the guards instead. Once or twice, the takedowns and the option to fire stopped working entirely until I died and reset the level. Didn't happen a lot or ruin the game, but odd. I'd appreciate a melee attack (even a weak one to buy some time to flee) to make close encounters less awkward. The ability to tag guards when zooming the camera could also use a range boost (though I liked that you could hold the left stick to zoom and aim with the right- very steady, unlike just trying to zoom and move the camera with one stick). It's perhaps partially due to my getting better as I played, but the levels seem to get *easier* as the game progresses. The enemy density certainly goes down. Perhaps because they're partially replaced with cameras? Anyway, it's not that other stealth game you're thinking of, but it's a fun enough afternoon/evening's gaming and very neat artistically. Get it cheap and I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Changed my mind, its bad, one level you only have one magazine for each weapon (five for the pistol and 25 for the rifle) and there are about 10-12 guards patrolling, if you use the rifle even for one round everything comes down on top of your head and the enemies do not reload. You cannot run, you have no melee, you cannot change the controls, even if you are in pitch black the guards spot you easily.
Strategy and Stealth are a MUST HAVE in this game. I couldn't make it past the 3rd level if anyone has some ideas as to how to complete the 3rd mission I'm all ears. I tried both ways to go I tried silent kills but they turn around way to quickly or they hear me crouch walking up and notice me last second before I can get the jump on them. Also not starting the player off with like basically any ammo when it takes about a full mag for the fly helmet lookin NPCS. I can 1 tap the regular guys with the silenced pistol which is very helpful. But after giving the 3rd mission several different try's and ways of attempting it I'm rating it a no for me. If I can't complete something after 10 to 20 try's it's a flat rating for me. This is not dark souls ! Should NOT be this complicated! It's not a horrible game just could use some fixing, Maybe more ammo, if not more ammo then less health for enemy's? Make it maybe less impossible to beat?
