Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 26.33/day in the week to Aug 5 → 31.14/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I've had literally so much fun playing this game with my wife. I don't typically leave game reviews but I just had to show my support for this one, I am so excited for the 1.0 update. Only minor complaint is I've encountered a bug where in the sewer I was grabbing a key to progress through the area when I was killed by a rat mid-grab animation, and now it seems like I can't get the key at all, soft locking me out of the rest of the area. Other than this one bug I've encountered this is one of the best games I've played
Brilliant mashup of genres. Combat feels soulslike, but with ARPG power scaling. Exploration feels soulslike, but with the satisfaction of clearing levels of enemies. It's not best of both worlds, since much of the tension of a soulslike is lost with these choices. It's a new thing. A really good new thing. Tension is less, but not gone. I had a relatively tanky medium weight two-handed build, but most bosses still only needed two or three mistakes to send me packing. Regular enemies, especially in groups, are also a major threat throughout. Bosses are a big highlight as they should be. The Cerim feels good to control and the camera follows the action well. It also pans to scenery sometimes to remind you that these guys made ori and the blind forest. The game looks stunning, and the sheer variety in visuals between locations makes exploration feel rewarding. The story is minimal (review before 1.0), but what's here is pretty great. The setups for most characters are cliche, but it all depends on how their arcs resolve in the finished game imo. I was always excited to find out what happens next, which is what counts. I have two major gripes with the game, which are resource gathering and inventory management. Usually systems like this feel cumbersome but facilitate something important. An overflowing inventory is meant to get you back to Sanctuary, but many other systems already accomplish this without the tedium (ichor, repairs, quests, upgrades). Resource gathering might have been intended as a way to make the player stop and appreciate the visuals more, but in practise you're staring at the QTE bar the whole time. Thankfully you don't have to engage with either much if you don't care about the optional construction tasks in Sanctuary. I played through every main quest, decorated my house, bought some upgrades for the Sanctuary, and stopped before engaging with the procedural endgame content, which landed me at 25 hours total playtime playing solo at the recommended difficulty setting. The game runs okay on my rig at 1440p balanced settings, with very occasional stutters in some of the more expansive areas. Lots to love here. Looking forward to the full release. 8/10
