Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
About
Inspired by the adventure and imagination that we love from classic science-fiction, No Man's Sky presents you with a galaxy to explore, filled with unique planets and lifeforms, and constant danger and action.
In No Man's Sky, every star is the light of a distant sun, each orbited by planets filled with life, and you can go to any of them you choose. Fly smoothly from deep space to planetary surfaces, with no loading screens, and no limits. In this infinite procedurally generated universe, you'll discover places and creatures that no other players have seen before - and perhaps never will again.
Play with all major updates since launch: Foundation, Pathfinder, Atlas Rises, NEXT, The Abyss, Visions, the 2.0 BEYOND update, Synthesis, Living Ship, Exo Mech, Desolation and the 3.0 update, ORIGINS, Next Generation, Companions, Expeditions, Prisms, Frontiers, Sentinel, Outlaws, Endurance, WAYPOINT (4.0), Fractal, Interceptor, Echoes, Omega, Orbital, WORLDS PART I (5.0), Worlds Part II, Relics, Beacon, VOYAGERS (6.0), Remnant, Xeno Arena, The Swarm and COSMOS (7.0).
And now with added Cross-Save! No Man’s Sky now supports Cross-Play and Cross-Save between a huge number of platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, Xbox One and Series X/S, Game Pass, GOG, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, PlayStation VR 1 & 2 and PCVR.
Available for PC and Mac (see recommended and minimum specs for details).
An epic voyage to the centre of a shared universe awaits, allowing you to explore, trade, fight and survive alone or with friends.
At the centre of the galaxy lies an irresistible pulse which draws you on a journey towards it to learn the true nature of the cosmos. But, facing hostile creatures and fierce pirates, you'll know that death comes at a cost, and survival will be down to the choices you make over how you upgrade your ship, your weapon and suit.
Your voyage through No Man's Sky is up to you. Will you be a fighter, preying on the weak and taking their riches, or taking out pirates for their bounties? Power is yours if you upgrade your ship for speed and weaponry.
Or a trader? Find rich resources on forgotten worlds and exploit them for the highest prices. Invest in more cargo space and you'll reap huge rewards.
Or perhaps an explorer? Go beyond the known frontier and discover places and things that no one has ever seen before. Upgrade your engines to jump ever farther, and strengthen your suit for survival in toxic environments that would kill the unwary.
The galaxy is a living, breathing place. Trade convoys travel between stars, factions vie for territory, pirates hunt the unwary, and the police are ever watching. Every other player lives in the same galaxy, and you can choose to share your discoveries with them on a map that spans known space. Perhaps you will see the results of their actions as well as your own...

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

DO not come to this game expecting a linear basic way of playing. It is far too open for that. You could play this entire game just building things places or JUST cataloging all the animals in an enviornment with all their wacky insane biology. There is SO MUCH to do that sometimes it is too much if you are just going at it like its a regular linear game. Take your time. Enjoy the scenery. Observe the insanity. It is a wonderful game.

If you haven't checked NMS out in a few years, it's time to look again. I have more like 120 hours in combined with playing through on PS5. I picked up a copy on Steam on sale and use cross play to switch when I want to sit at the PC instead of the couch. It's fun to pick up for a little play and put it down, or sink hours into base building and exploration. The recent seasonal event was fun to play through too. I'm really looking forward to more form Hello Games :)
The biggest issue is that many of the main missions feel like extended tutorials rather than meaningful story progression. A lot of my time was spent traveling back and forth between planets, stations, and NPCs instead of experiencing exciting gameplay. The constant travel eventually became repetitive. The final Atlas mission was especially disappointing. After completing such an important objective, having my ship and multitool completely damaged felt more like a punishment than a reward. Instead of feeling satisfied after finishing a major storyline, I was given another repair grind. That completely killed the sense of achievement for me. I understand this may fit the game's design philosophy, where the journey never truly ends, but players who enjoy games with clear progression and rewarding conclusions may find this frustrating. What I loved: Beautiful universe and atmosphere. Excellent base-building system. Great freedom to explore. Amazing visual updates over the years. What I didn't enjoy: Main missions often feel like long tutorials. Too much repetitive travel between objectives. Story progression feels slow. The ending of the Atlas path doesn't feel rewarding. Damaging the player's equipment after a major milestone discourages rather than motivates. Overall, I respect the incredible work and dedication the developers have put into No Man's Sky over the years. It's simply not the type of progression-focused experience I personally enjoy. I may return in the future if friends want to play together, but as a solo player, I was hoping for a more satisfying sense of accomplishment after completing the main storyline.
it's so beautiful 10/10
