Finished it in 24 hours. I liked it. Somehow it kept me wanting to return and play some more. It needs a lot of work, though.
Dont get me wrong games is really fun but after a few play some reason save file deletes itself kinda bum me out but all well hope its fix later.
Decent game so far after an hour of exploring! Reasonable price...developer estimates 15 hours game-play I think, so it's a good value. Looking forward to what's to come. Keep up the great work dev!
i love grinding games but this one is unplayable. it crashes a lot and when you play either new game or load a game you get minutes of a black screen. it says generating world the load depends on your PC. i have high end PC so the game is unplayable. i don't recommend it at all. if you like this sort of game play Force of nature 1 & 2
I have a few hours under my belt playing the game and I have to say it isn't a bad game. Does it need some work? Yes. Overall though, it is playable and has some interesting aspects. For example, you are not just given knowledge of everything to craft immediately. You have to get out and explore and find blueprints to learn things like the alchemy table. This requires you to go explore, fight, and gain experience. The combat is OK. I tried range and melee so far. Range is good, but if you run out of ammo, your char runs right up to the mob and starts punching it! So make sure you have ammo to go hunting! One area that could use improvement is the swapping of weapons/tools. I found I had to leave my char window open and manually swap items in and out as needed. This becomes troublesome in a fight where you go from ranged to melee. It also reduces screen view to leave the window open. Maybe I am missing something, so this could be resolved I just don't know it. :) You'll also want to make a bag as soon as you can. Your beginning inventory is your hot bar. Once it is full, you cannot pickup anything more. Since there is a lot to pickup in the beginning, you will want to focus on what you need to make a "base" and staying alive. All-in-all, I like the game. I have found nothing so far that is game breaking as far as glitches or bugs. I recommend picking it up and giving it a go.
I would stay away from this game because there are just too many issues. To begin with, the camera fov angle is very strange, like the world is skewed. Hunger and thirst also drop insanely fast and you will constantly die if you are not always paying attention to these. You also cannot remap the controls and the map is terrible. I was constantly getting lost. Houses are also very plain and boring and I could not figure out how to rotate walls, perhaps because nothing is explained. I also couldn't find a way to build a door, unless you needed to progress further in the game in order to do that. There also doesn't seem to be any cool weather effects in this game such as rain. I also experienced frame rate drops when entering new areas, even with the only graphic setting on low. The game just looks and feels very cheap. I believe also that the developer has abandoned the game. I therefore cannot recommend this game.
No Man´s Island machte einfach Spaß, das erstmal vorweg.
I really like the game play. It's not too complex, yet it really teaches me to not try to do everything at the same time. A little bit clunky on the controls, like if I want to open a chest while holding a mallet, I need to un-equip that first, otherwise, I'll start destroying my chest. Dragging items outside the slots to auto-drop would be wonderful as well, and double clicking to transfer would avoid tiring my wrist from having to drag and drop everything. I wish there was better response in the after-sale support for questions about the game. Also, this is the first game that I've played that crashed my GPU (RX 6700 XT) twice while playing on Very High settings (and no, I am not using any 3rd party translation tool in my unit).
Nice game .... the reason why i dislike this game is there is NO MULTI-PLAYER i hope in the furure i will play with my friends
This game is not reddy for release, early acces maby but not full release The game chrash if you enter and leave a dungeon . Bears or zombies can hit you from 30 feet away. Eating all the berries and all the coconuts on the first island does not even keep you sated for 1 hour of gametime People complain about clunky controlls.. well that can be learned with time , but this is just too bad Want to shoot a bird with bow and arrow.. sorry you cant, your carracter can not aim at anny point around you, its just hip fire with no arrow drop what so ever.. arrow keep passing 3 feet over birds head
