深夜。お気に入りの望遠鏡で星空を見ていると一筋の流れ星が落ちていきました。主人公の男の子マットは、いつもの通り”妹の幸せ”を願おうと願いを口にしたその時「にゃ～～...」と猫のラッキーに邪魔されました。マットは文句を言おうと望遠鏡から目を離してラッキーの方を見ると、ラッキーは妹のお気に入りのぬいぐるみで遊んでいて、そして・・・という、冒険と謎と妹が大好きな兄と、そんな兄のことが大好きな妹の兄妹の切なくも心温まるヨイヤミ探検の一夜を描く一本道ドット絵２Ｄアドベンチャーゲームです。 面白かったです！静かな深夜に行う不思議なヨイヤミ探検はとても楽しかったです！キャラクター達が皆可愛かったです！そして切なかったです！ ２Dドット絵アドベンチャーゲームがお好きなお方や、切なくも心温まる物語がお好きなお方や、物語を追うのがお好きなお方にお勧めです。 プレイ時間は全実績解除時点で７時間程でした。 ただ私は文章を読むのが遅く、綺麗な背景(ドット絵)を隅から隅まで眺めていたのでこのぐらいかかりましたが、普通にプレイした場合は恐らく４時間程でクリアできると思います。 UIは分かり易くプレイしやすく、BGM・SEも凝っていて場面場面でゲームを盛り上げてくれました。 特にゲーム開始時(はじめから、つづきから、ロード時)の「ちゃりぃ..ぃ..ぃン」というまるで夢の中に誘うような余韻の残るSEが最高でした。 つづきから始めるたびに「あ～、このSEいいなぁ・・」と思いながら聴いていました。 「このゲームの良かったところ」 ・キャラクター達が可愛い。 主人公のマットも妹のエマも、家に似ているけど家じゃない場所に登場する動物たちも皆とても可愛いです。 ・２Ｄドット絵で表現された深夜の世界が素敵。 暖かくも冷たい深夜の不思議な雰囲気が２Ｄドット絵で見事に表現されていてとても素敵です。 この世界観の中で冒険できるだけで、このゲームを購入した甲斐があった！と思えるほど素敵で不思議な世界でした。最高です。 ・やさしい世界。 主人公のマット、妹のエマ、猫のラッキー、相棒のスパーキー等々、出てくるキャラクターのほとんどが皆優しいです。素敵です。 特に主人公のマットはその中でも群を抜いて優しくて、私はプレイしていて「こんなに優しい子いないよ～...優しすぎる...なんていい子なんだ」と思い続けていました。 妹のエマも不思議な住人達も心優しい人？ばかりで、「でも、ここから１８０度ひっくり返るんでしょ？いきなりホラーになったりするんでしょ？」と思っていた私の汚れた心を最後まで癒し切ってくれました。切なく暖かくなりました。 ・情報量が多い。 アイテム一つ一つ、調べる箇所一つ一つに台詞が用意されていて文章を読むのが好きな私にとっては最高でした。 例えば同じ街灯でも右の街灯と左の街灯では調べたときの台詞が違ったりします。凄いです。 私はアイテムを調べたときの台詞が結構あることに気が付いてから、全ての箇所を調べまくりました。 おかげで家なのに家じゃない、この不思議な深夜の世界観を何となく掴むことができました。楽しかったです。 ・日本語翻訳が完璧。 見事な日本語翻訳で最初から最後まで違和感なくゲームに没頭できました。 日本語翻訳をしてくださった全てのお方達に感謝いたします。 ありがとうございます！ ・BGM、SEが見事。 BGM、SEもとても良かったです。 各場面場面でゲームを盛り上げてくれました。 「このゲームの少し残念だったところ」 ・特になし。 特にありません。 強いて挙げるならばマルチエンディングにして欲しかった、この兄と妹が別の道を辿った場合の物語も見てみたかったな、と思いました。 ２Dドット絵の世界が素敵で、優しくも切ない兄妹のヨイヤミ探検の一夜の物語です。 ドット絵の２Dアドベンチャーゲームがお好きなお方や、夢のような世界を彷徨いながら探検する系の物語がお好きなお方や、切なくも優しい物語がお好きなお方にお勧めです。

By any chance, you came across this review rather than the others, then I'm afraid I have not much to contribute to the discussion of this game upfront. Night Reverie is pretty straightforward with a beautiful, Illuminating colour palette, peaceful soundtracks and a range of wonderful characters. The puzzles are self-explanatory, and you don't have to do much thinking to solve them, like finding the right type of screwdriver for a bolt. If you were looking for a simple adventure game, then you're looking at it right now. Most characters act like how parents envision their perfect children to behave like; overly polite and innocent. None of these is meant to be a net negative as it may come across. There's definitely more to this game than it appears with some major twists and some optional endings to achieve. This game can be for everyone at the right time, preferably during winter, or if you want to cover yourself under a cozy blanket with a hot coco on the side.

Una historia muy bonita y conmovedora que destaca por sus personajes tan bien desarrollados. No tiene mucha dificultad por lo que es un juego ideal para desconectar y pasar unas horas agradables mientras te dejas llevar por su argumento. El estilo pixel art es precioso y está muy bien logrado. Sin duda es un juego que recomendaré a todo el mundo.

Night Reverie is a tentative recommendation, as it's a nice little game but offers nothing that hasn't been done before. Playing as a young boy, you explore a dreamlike, fantastical version of your house and aid characters you meet along the way. The game's best features are its pixel art and dreamy setting, which capture the whimsy and mystery of exploring at night as a child very well. The puzzles are mostly around finding and using key items, with a few alright minigames sprinkled in. My main criticism is that I thought the writing was fairly weak, with a lot of back-and-forth dialogue that would over-explain, lack substance, or provide too many hints. The story and symbolism are fairly predictable, with Night Reverie ultimately being yet another indie game about grief and mental health. Combined with a very short overall playtime, I would say to get it on sale if it looks interesting to you, but you'll also not miss that much if you decide to skip it.

This was a lovely short game. The puzzles posed just enough challenge without feeling frustrating, the music was absolutely lovely, and the story was well written. Do note, it's a fairly sad game at the end of the day - a hopeful kind of sad, but certainly still sad.

I would recommend If your into story, detail, emotion, and affection. The game made me cry which I will admit not many games can get me like that. But this one hit really close to home, I have a little sister and sure we aren't as close to the characters in the game. But the love and affection is there... I just couldn't imagine passing away and leaving my loved ones behind. 10/10 in my book <3

真的，还挺感人的。 我是说，反正我有点触动。 [spoiler]哥哥与妹妹，亲密无间，彼此都是对方最重要的存在，但因为一次意外，哥哥为了妹妹最喜欢的玩具失足落入水中，一切事物变得糟糕起来。[/spoiler] [spoiler]在梦中，哥哥从天上回来了，带着来自他们都很喜欢的夜空中的一位朋友。在梦中一顿解谜，哥哥回想起了自己已经死去的事实，唤醒了沉浸在痛苦之中的妹妹，鼓起勇气，回到现实当中。[/spoiler] [spoiler]妹妹学会了哥哥的勇敢，继承了哥哥的披风，成为了新的午夜冒险家。[/spoiler] 这个游戏的美术，我真的很想狠狠的夸他。我真的很喜欢，好喜欢，很合我胃口。真的有一种在爱丽丝梦游仙境的朦胧感，梦幻。尤其是那个兔子的茶话会那个桌子，那个滤镜有一种暧昧的感觉，真的让我有一点点陶醉的感觉。 音乐跟美术也搭配的很好啊，有一点灵动，有一些朦胧，像欢快愉悦的小孩子的梦，跟主题很搭。 美术棒棒棒，剧情渲染的也不错，解谜也不难，稍微动动脑子就行。 总之，我很喜欢，是一个值得推荐的好游戏。 我刚才又打通了一个假结局，妹妹拒绝想起这一切，沉浸在了幻境中，幻境中有他的哥哥，还有幻境里的其他所有小伙伴。说实话，这个结局其实……也挺合我的胃口，既然我分辨不出真假，在哪里不是生活呢？虽然这样很不负责任，但是……哎呀，不说这些了。 这个游戏达成全成就还是很简单的。一般情况下，正常走游戏主线就能拿到80%的成就，总共就16个成就。剩下几个也非常简单，顺手就能做。

This game did not have to go this hard in the paint. Emotional rollercoaster that I did not expect from a cute and cozy adventure game. I think this game is great for all ages and walks of life. My only complaint is I wish there was more content because I did not want to stop playing.
