Haven't completely 100%'d the game yet, but I did finish the story and I'm decently far into developing the kingdom. I'll edit this after finishing the 100% if I ever feel motivated enough to do it. Here's what I have to say though: Pros: - This game is really engaging, the pacing is good and game mechanics really hook you easily. - Visually, this is an absolutely stunning game. Absolutely loved the art style and the soundtrack is excellent. The graphics still hold up for modern games and areas still look very good. - Cutscenes are short and sweet. Very wholesome game overall and the voice acting is honestly decent (albeit full of characters full of quirky accents). - Combat mechanic is good. I like the weapon switch mechanic. The mp mechanic is alright, not bad nor good but I got used to it and I don't mind it anymore but I wouldn't put it as a bad thing. - Exploring feels fun and open. Finding trip doors or chests was honestly fun. - The game is quite easy on easy/normal, but you can still get a decent challenge on hard for bosses. During roaming, hard difficulty is somewhat easy. Good game to relax though, it's not Sekiro lvl combat. - Things are explained very well and the game doesn't hold your hand that much which was appreciated, but hints were still available when needed. Didn't need a whole guide for everything and you can figure out things yourself quite easily. - Puzzles were good. Did not expect this game to have puzzles, but they were pretty well made and not too hard nor too easy. Took me a few tries on some but eventually got it myself after a bit. - Not as turned-based as I thought it would be, which I like as I do not really enjoy turn-base combat all that much. Much more open-world RPG sort of game. Cons: - The combat is somewhat janky at times. Your dodge/some skill animations are somewhat long and you end up getting hit a lot of time (which got me killed on hard difficulty for bosses), so somewhat frustrating. Mostly early on frustrating, after a while I got used to it. - If we're being honest, the story is really ''childish'' and basic. It's very the-power-of-friendship-wins-all sort of trope, which I don't necessarily hate but it's not insane exciting lore or anything. - The end game is mostly just grindy, which I don't mind but it isn't the most exciting thing ever. - You've been warned: the dlc's are just to extend the game and don't bring THAT much new things to the story. Overall, highly recommend this game on sale. It's an amazing game still and absolutely worth the playthrough. I also recommend playing on controller, much easier and honestly just more fun. Solid 8/10 on sale, not quite as high at full price though.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Jul 23 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"I can see it... You'll be the kindest king... With the happiest subjects there have ever been..." - Aranella =================================================================== Phew... What a journey this Game is. I don't know why specifically, but it feels like it took really long to finish Ni no Kuni II. Anyway, my first impression of this Game was kind of "meh" because I thought that there was nothing more that this Game can offer other than "Ghibli" Visual. But oh boy, was I wrong... For something with "cute" and "bright/colorful" Visuals, this Game pack a punch to my heart in terms of Story. Not because it has a complex Narrative, but actually a good, simple and somehow relatable Story to tell. Yes, the main plot is about being a "Great King", but along the way, it's filled with a balance of Joy and Sorrow. The Combat and Stats are simple enough to learn at first, and at the Late Game, you are still introduced to new Combat Mechanics that will make the Combat Experience even more fun and prevent "Power Creep". The World/Overworld Exploration is always intriguing with many treasures, enemies, and secrets to offer. The Kingdom Management ("Base Building"-ish Mechanic) was boring at first, but it didn't take too long for me to find it really useful for gathering Materials, upgrading Equipment, and basically things that will make my Exploration and Combat much easier. To be really honest, what I love from the Kingdom Management is that I don't have to think too much of where to put a specific Building because the location of each Building is already set. All I had to do was to decide when/what to build, when/what to upgrade, and which Citizen to assign. What I feel lacking from this Game is that the "Shops" and "Inns" didn't stay being useful for that long, especially after you already have your own Kingdom. But maybe that's just me nitpicking about a specific Feature. The Quality of Life this Game has to offer is really great for me. What I really like is that there's a way for the Players to know whether they already "exhaust" a specific NPC's Dialogues or not, simply by checking the "Interaction" Prompt Icon. Because I'm the type of Player that has the urge to not miss anything, including smaller things like the NPCs' Dialogues. With a good Story that this Game has, reading all NPCs' Dialogues are worth it, trust me. All in all, this Game is really fun, wholesome, and heartwarming! =================================================================== I'm gonna give this Game a "Lofty" out of "Higgledies".
cutscene after cutscene. i do love JRPGs ,but in this game my most used button was skip
------------------------------------------------------------------
did you like Ni No Kuni 1? well bad news, this is nothing like that. the only thing it has in common is the world-ish and art style. the story is bland, boring and predicable. Combat is generic and characters feels really sluggish. late game combat is weirdly punishing despite keeping your gear and levels up to snuff. The city management is by far the worst part of this game. it adds nothing and forces you to either play or AFK the game, but you cant alt tab it since the game forces a pause when not focused. either buy it heavily discounted or just pass. its boring, bland, a waste of time and tries to pad out the late game with an insane amount of "go here and talk to person" side quests. really disappointing knowing what the first game was.
Former spanish president Pablo Iglesias gets teleported to a furry world to take part in a kingdoms war and re-discover the power of friendship and guns.
TLDR ; Buy this game, excellent memories I played it for about 2 or 3 weeks, maybe a month, a few years back and it felt so good. Story is pretty okay, a bit childish, since I played to relax it didn't bother me. I was a bit sad when I finished the game and post end-game. Even played through some DLC quests and dungeons, they are ok but not as good as the main game. Excellent action JRPG, the places you get to see are all so diverse, loved it. Same for the different gameplays and characters, they're all so unique.
It has it's audience, but I found that even 6 hours in I could not find a reason to care about any of the character.
Ni ɴᴏ Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom

ᴛʜᴇ ᴘʀɪɴᴄᴇ'ꜱ ᴇᴅɪᴛɪᴏɴ
Galerie screenshotů (100+ obrázků a i možné spoilery): ZDE... A to i s pomocí strýčka Googla!
