Reviews
+ • Anime-style | strong Ghibli vibes | cosy art style • an incredible amount of lore • a wide variety of enemy types • well-executed kingdom management / city-building system • residents can be recruited through quests • lots of collectibles • numerous achievements • very atmospheric sound design, especially the environmental audio which greatly enhances the overall immersion - • at times, I would have liked fully voiced dialogue instead of just partial voice acting • some interactions between characters lacked depth • the story is charming, but often feels rather light and less complex than expected
Conclusion
In terms of visuals and atmosphere, Ni no Kuni II truly shines at its very best. The style feels like playing through a Ghibli- film, supported by a lovingly crafted world and characters. Even though the story and character interactions occasionally lack emotional depth and the voice acting is not always fully implemented, the game still offers many hours of gameplay and an incredibly warm, fairytale-like atmosphere. If you enjoy narrative-driven games, love getting lost in richly detailed worlds, and appreciate city-building mechanics, Ni no Kuni II is definitely worth checking out.
Po prostu lubię jrpg i grałam w pierwszą część😊
Top RPG
