Fun for a bit, but lacks any real lasting appeal.
2024, here playing Nexuiz. A dead game. BUT: - you can easily fix the crash at the startup - you can play with bots (they're strong and you can put a LOT of them in the map) - very nice maps - cool weapons - satisfying frags - very good graphics BUT ALSO: - random crash (still I can play it for quite long after I load the game, and I still recommend it). This game is just good once you fix it. After all it's an fps arena; you can play offline too and have fun with it. Unfortunately online is gone, but still, don't miss this while you can. It is good.

It was fun when it came out back in the 360 era but I really would like to know why its still being sold when its completely unplayable it won't even load up on new hardware and just crashes your system I do not recommend buying this game it does not work at all now so just save your money for something else or play another arena shooter
Played back in the day when there was a from demo on the web, laptop didnt say yes. Yerned for it for years, then it came to steam. I bought, got a refund. Then I bought it again, got a refund. But... I always miss it, the art, the music, the drama, the movement, the mutator system too which was later copied by Quake Champions. There is something undenyably beautiful about this game aswell. So guess what? I bought it again haha! I have a better PC now, currently running a 4GB 1050Ti OC and still not getting fluid 60's! Gotta love it for that! I could try my annoying RTX3060 card but thats no fun. Seriously there is something very special about this game. It like petrolheads say about Alfa Romeo cars, sure they are intermitant and not dependable (back in the day) but they had a charm that got under your skin, this game does that for me. It's a broken mess that will randomly CTD for no "apparent" reason, but I love it! Realistically the current generation is a chance for this game to "shine"... pity. Score: For me it is up there with Quake 3 Arena, (no higher praise from me) but the bugs. 8.5/10
Sarebbe bello se lo rendessero free to play. Almeno non resterebbe li morente.

Game never worked. It was a mistake to purchase this. I should have gotten a refund but I was too lazy to deal with is.
The servers are down. It's as seen on the top right of the store page only a single player game by now. It however is continued under the name Xonotic at https://xonotic.org/ If you want to play for what ever reason an arena shooter against bots. Go ahead. This is / was a great game. I advise against buying it though when you are looking for multiplayer.
very good arena-fps like unreal tournament, with bots so still playable today for that purpose
