Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 8 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Cool story, gameplay is similar to Sisters Vs sisters. The post-game (Neptral Towers) Takes forever but it's not too bad. Fun game in general though
The game has its fair share of problems. The dungeons are designed by rolling a dice at certain points. The loot in treasure chests is nearly useless. The balancing is all kinda of whack. The bike could have been worse, but it could have been a good bit better. Big Neptune, despite being the main char, has barely anything to say. So, despite that: I'm having a blast! All the negative things don't really bother me. I have tons of fun tinkering with my attacks to create worthwhile combos. And the story, as always, is really fun and funny at some points. The game is JRPG comfort food, and it's great for that. Plus, despite what other say, the game isn't as button-mashy as it appears. Dependend on when to attack, where to attack and if you are able to cancel your attacks, the enemies still might get some nasty hits in. The game is still easy with plenty of healing and such, but it's still fun to optimize your combat prowess.

Neptune fans are eating good on this one.; I stepped away from the franchise because of the VTuber nonsense of belittling fans of fanservice and this game has shown that Iffy and Compa like money more than telling people how they should think and live.; Seriously, this game is polished, pretty, comes with free bikinis and tiddies. The gameplay is fun, I'm 12 hours in and not finished chapter 2, there's at least 9 chapters. You like Neptune? You like RPGs? You like some A in your RPG? This game is so much fun I wrote this long ass review.
The sprites are great, the dungeons are better than in the previous games. Sadly the new characters fall flat for me, while the goddesses and candidates are just side characters. The whole story takes place in one parallel universe in the Neptunia multiverse, detached from the main story. Also no appearance of beloved characters like IF or Usume. My biggest disappointment is the fighting system. It's mostly button smashing, there's little chance to see which attacks work well on an enemies because it's just pure chaos. Also one of the character's attacks is so broken that just spaming the same attack over and over makes every battle completely trivial and the same. I really miss the turn based combat from earlier Neptune games. The story itself has some cool throwbacks to console wars but is nothing special. Overall I finished the story after 15 hours but I feel not motivated to do any of the optional stuff at all...
As a big Neptunia series fan, I desperately want to like this game. It has a lot of good ideas - the management part, taking over more and more territory, the dungeons look like someone tried to make them presentable and have some actual mechanics, all of that is fine. The graphics are even top-notch for the series I'd say. The story is kinda meh and the new characters are mediocre at best, but still fine. Unfortunately, the game falls flat on its face when it comes to exploration and the combat system. Side quests are all "Yeah, go...defeat 10 of those enemies I guess, then come back" - boring and repetitive. The fights are terrible. It's better than 4 Goddesses Online, but only just - attacks feel floaty and random, movement is just a suggestion, blocking is there but feels abysmal. With every fight I did, I could feel my motivation getting sucked out of my body until eventually, I couldn't do it anymore. Shame, I was really hoping this game would finally manage to scratch my Neptunia itch again - maybe it gets better in the long run, but since there are so many better games out there, I don't think I'll ever find out.

On the balance of recommending or not, this game barely falls on the not recommended side. So first, the pros: It's another Neptunia game, if you like those, then you will like this one. The art is better than ever. The model and the map are beautifully rendered. And there are variety of characters with adjustable playstyle and modification that will tide the player over. The disc creation system now being linked to a company is an innovative approach. There is a lot of love in this game. So then the cons: It's another Neptunia game. Doesn't advance the plot forward in anyways, another multiverse to go to where everything is inconsequential in the end. The combat is action, like sister vs sister, but they have once again failed to nail the feedback, making the fighting feel floaty and weightless, not fun to play. And it's very grind heavy. So, in conclusion, it's a Neptunia game that did not add enough to the formulae. Fans would find satisfaction, but if you are tired to the Neptunia games, this will add onto the fatigue and offered no new or interesting gameplay addition.
The last "big" spin-off before upcoming main title. It got some improvements since Sisters Vs Sisters so let's kangaroo jump into it. + New cast members are alright. + Story is nothing groundbreaking but still interesting. While it's usual Neptune goofs, it got some...deepness to it. A lil bit. + Music is BANGING, I hope IF/CH will invite this composer again. + Combat got improved, at least it feels less clunky here. Still not perfect, but improvement is still an improvement. + A whole ONE real puzzle(not the usual time waster type, it's an easy one tho) and a MAZE dungeon. It's not a big plus, but gotta give credit where it's due. +- Dungeons are reused. Again. There are some new ones tho. +- I'm not sure, but I feel like dungeons got a little less tangled. +- Because we got new 3 Goddesses, story focuses on them this time. The others are mostly just there or being plot devices. It's understandable but still. +- Racing modes are fine. I wish time attack was less clunky though. Hard to race against time when you stuck on every corner of invisible walls. +- No different endings this time. They added "routes" and "choices" but only things that will change are a few scenes and that's it. +- We got a BIKE to traverse in dungeons. Cool, less time wasted on useless running. But not every dungeon is "bike compatible". - Everyone addressed difficulty spike when you have to fight The Gold Third... Yeah that's nasty. But tbh K-Sha is the biggest problem in that. Had to craft a bunch of disks and buy a bunch of healing items. - There are a few sound problems. The one that stood out to me the most was the desert location one. The wind was just BURSTING into my ears. - Why did they change the way Neptral Tower works? In this one, you ALWAYS start at the level 1 with save points between each 10 floors. You can't teleport back to 30th level if you left, for example. Honestly, my theory that with spin-offs they just experimented with mechanics and tried to polish them doesn't sound too far from the truth seeing Unlimited trailer. I saw people calling this game "SvS DLC" and that's kinda true, but it's a good DLC. Better combat but story is less captivating, still fun though. I didn't grind that much personally, but I think for the Gold Third gauntlet you need to spend some time on that. This game will help those who need to pass the time till Unlimited comes to PC. Or those who just want more Nep content. Grab it on sale if you are not sure. Starting with this game to get familiar with Neptunia series is NOT recommended.
The story is alright. I personally enjoyed the story of Sisters Vs Sisters a lot more than this story. However, gameplay wise this game is better. And the new osts for this game were really good too, though there is of course the osts from the re:birth games and such like most nep games. The voice acting for the dub was great across the board, like always! I enjoyed the new characters, but I won't be too sad if I never see them again. Well, except maybe Reedio. I don't remember if this was a problem in Sisters Vs Sisters, but the bosses often overleveled me by quite a few levels, like 10-20. It wasn't a big deal for me because of Reedio and items, but be warned for lesser skilled players (like me) you might have to grind for levels or something. I could also just really suck at JRPG games which wouldn't be a shock to hear. And I'd need to check the other nep games, but this one only had about 16-18 cgs. Not a lot, and there were quite a few moments I'd think one would pop up, but didn't. That's the only part that truly dissapointed me. Forgot to mention that the motorcycle to ride around the dungeons was super cool and fun. Overall, a solid nep game to me, and I'd recommend getting if your a Neptunia fan, though at a discount unless you're really devoted or have the money. Maybe not the best game to start with to get into the francise, but I believe I started the series through a spin-off game so maybe this could be the one for you. I'd still recommend either Megadimension, the re;birth trilogy, or Sisters vs Sisters to start though. I'm off to play re:birth 2 for the first time!
