Neotrie VR Multiplayer

NeoTrie VR is a great educational game and an excellent tool for teaching geometry! This program allows to create, transform and interact with 3D geometrical objects. It helps to expand a spatial imagination and helps to go into mathematical world without fear. NeoTrie will organize geometric knowledge, develop creativity and manual skills. The program is very intuitive and easy to learn and gives an excellent opportunity to present geometry in a more dynamic way than ever before.

Lo he utilizado en clase y en casa con resultados muy positivos, tanto con alumnado con altas capacidades, como con el alumnado más desmotivado. Llegando ha conseguir recrear hasta varios mosaicos de la Alhambra.

It is a great experience to play with Neotrie! You can name a figure in high voice and it appears in the scene; you can then colour it as you like, enlarge it, and come into the figure! A spectacular experience. Pupils have to work first the polyhedra manipulatively (with paper-card, polyfelts, straws), and finally work with distinct figures in Neotrie. This really helps to fix and interiorize geometrical concepts. Pupils are very motivated in this new learning process. Sometimes, we give to pupils figures already made of plastic, wood, etc. However, these figures cannot be modified, nor be changed.... This is now possible with Neotrie! Pupils can create their own figures, modify and colour them, experiment with them. Geometry with Neotrie is more dynamic, and furthermore, it provides a new tool to improve their creative and imaginative skills. You can also save your own figures, and load them later on to modify them and continue working. I think this is very funny for them!
