Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Neon Drive is a slick retro-futuristic arcade game that will make your brain melt. You've been warned.
From beautiful cityscapes and ocean roads to exploding enemy spaceships, Neon Drive has it all. It's inspired by the arcade games of the 80's, but set against a futuristic backdrop of glowing cyber-grid, all in silky-smooth graphics. Neon Drive brings you 8 amazing levels, adding up to hours of enjoyment. Each level features multiple twists and perspective changes, keeping you on your toes (err, wheels) throughout the gameplay.
Neon Drive will put your mad dodging skills to a real test, mercilessly pushing the limits of your reaction time and short-term memory to avoid obstacles and dead-ends. Seriously, this game is wicked; just when you think you've got the hang of it, it turns the table on you.
Each level of the game comes with a custom-made retro music track, perfectly tuned and in sync with the roadblocks and your enemies. This allows you to just follow the beat, unplug, and zen out. Watch the landscape seamlessly morph from one scene to the next, in a ballet of colors and shapes, and let your inner driver take the wheel. You've got this.

8 levels, hundreds of obstacles, and infinite challenge
Breathtakingly beautiful and silky-smooth graphics
Custom-made retro synth music, perfectly in sync with the obstacles
Super addictive
Includes exploding enemy spaceships, seriously!
If you can win all the achievements, we hereby certify you have superhuman abilities!

Got this for 2€ - definitely worth it, if you're up for a challenge. You'll not get far in the beginning but don't give up! - it's hard and challenging but trying again and again you'll get the hang of it after some frustrating tries. There's normal, hard and insane difficulty for 8 levels. A challenge for most and even more for those insane players out there. Only got the first level on insane, so far. Got 7 achievements after 2 hours of play. They weren't easy but the ones left seems pretty hard to get. Looks great, music is chill, the challenges are frustrating and fun at the same time, a real challenge. Recommended!

This is not how you design gameplay. I moved the game into my "Trash" category after 20 minutes. Reinstalled to give it another chance after seeing the store page screenshots of later stages. Uninstalled it again at the 42 minutes mark and I'm abandoning this permanently. I'd refund it if I could. I can't because I bought a non refundable key to save money instead of buying on Steam. With 1660 reviews and 86% positive it had to be at least decent, right? Wrong, there's obvious fake reviews, with e.g. 5 accounts posting the same review text 4 of which on the same day. Gameplay consists ONLY of pressing left and right, at high speed with millisecond accuracy avoiding obstacles you can't anticipate if it's your first attempt at any single section. Game description says "will make your brain melt. You've been warned". This beats around the bush: dev should be clear what the warning is for: that the game requires near millisecond accuracy, that it will accept nothing short of perfection, that there is no way to progress other than perfection, and the only way to get there is EXTREME trial & error repetition. If money weren't involved, that's what the store page would have said. I'm a drummer at the semi pro level; some of the rhythms I can play are too intricate for most hobbyists to perform. Learning to play the drums is very frustrating, repetitive and requires a ton of perseverance. I have a custom built mechanical keyboard. (Xbox controller wasn't fast enough for this game). I used to play Unreal Tournament 1999 at the highest level of competition on some of the best teams in the world, national team included. I'm skilled at both gaming and rhythm, I'm obviously not the type to quit easily, yet I choose to quit this game. In my opinion, the game's checkpoints are too far apart for the game's difficulty. Replaying the same sections ooover and over, and over again until you have them memorized isn't fun. At all. I unlocked the first achievement: "Addiction", for retrying 30 times. If as a dev you think that's something to be happy about I don't know what else to tell you. The player isn't doing that because they enjoy it, they're doing it frustrated & uttering profanities trying to get the game to progress. I really wanted to push through to see all the visuals the game has to offer, which are obviously really cool but I won't because the gameplay is so unfun that it's just not worth it. Steamcharts says current players = 0. This is probably why. As Major Gnuisance wrote in his review: "The worst thing about Neon Drive is that it looks gorgeous and I can't help but to imagine how good it would be if it weren't so bad as a rhythm game." I came here from Melody's Escape 2 which I'd call "below mid", expecting this to be better. To Neon Drive's credit it does sync with the music on a more detailed level. The demo for sequel Neon Hyperdrive isn't an improvement. It's a more convoluted version of the same mistake. Devs always keep making the same mistakes. Always in their own little bubble sticking to their beliefs about game design.
Gameplay - press 2 buttons as fast as possible, maintaining perfect micro-timings. You can only pass if you've already learned the map after several dozen failed attempts. P.S. Did the developer even play the game themselves on the highest difficulty? I don't think so.

Да, она сложная, последние уровни хардкорные. Но, к счастью, на них есть сохранения. Совсем уж отбитые могут играть без них и тогда сойти с ума. Короче, отличная игра, покупайте - не пожалеете.
