About
Neo Cab is a visual novel about emotional survival in an automated world.
You play as Lina, the last human cab driver. It’s your very first night driving the lonely streets of Los Ojos, and your best friend has just disappeared.
Is she in grave danger... or just the flakiest friend ever? Either way, now you need to find cash, a place to crash, and some answers.
Your only leads are the diverse cast of characters you pick up in your cab, but getting them to open up isn’t always easy. The anarchist punks don’t trust you, the corporate yuppies don’t see you, and the cops won’t leave you alone. But if you can balance honesty, empathy, and your own emotional health, you might just learn their secrets.
Can you survive late-stage capitalism long enough to save your friend?
STAY ON THE ROAD. STAY ON THE SEARCH. STAY HUMAN.
Every pax is a puzzle. Whether you like them or not, everyone has their own story to tell.

Lina’s best course for survival is to keep driving. Piece together what has happened to Savy as you help Lina navigate the city grid.

Each passenger interaction will affect Lina’s mood; as her emotions become more intense, some choices will be taken away, while other choices will be unlocked.

Neo Cab features a branching narrative with pax stories written by Leigh Alexander, Kim Belair, Bruno Dias, Duncan Fyfe, Paula Rogers & Robin Sloan.
Featuring an original soundtrack by Obfusc (Monument Valley, House of Cards).
Sums Steam only; GOG, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Reviews
A very good effort, some really cool ideas, but in the end, a game whose premise relates to emotions makes it impossible to relate to the main character's emotions, which in the end, makes the whole "decision making" mechanics kind of frustrating. I will definitely keep an eye for other things developed by this team.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Despite the simple models and limited gameplay, the world and characters themselves somehow feel so alive! I played through at least twice to see what difference in gameplay you receive. It has a decent amount of re-playability. I really liked Lina as a character, and again, everyone she meets is equally unique and interesting. I definitely recommend!
Came back to the game after a month and save was wiped, left installed the whole time.
A good game worth its 3-4 hours of good quality dialogues. This game says more than many in way less time, which feels refreshing
--- A nice visual novel. I’ve played some with much more engaging stories that kept me hooked more than this game’s story did. I found the Uber part interesting, and each passenger that got into the car was unique and interesting in their own way. I think they could have made a more interesting ending involving the passengers. I didn’t get all the endings, but I didn’t see anything about an ending with the friend or with one of the passengers. I found it interesting overall, and people who enjoy visual novels might end up liking it too, but it’s not one of the best. I’ve played shorter ones with more engaging and fun stories.
