If you've found this game, you probably already know about developer Lu's output, so you know what to expect. This cozy minimalist title boasts an unusual storytelling technique—definitely Lu's forte in the medium. It's short, costs just 2 bucks, and fits perfectly into the "you know the drill" category for a quick play. That said, I don't think it's her best work. The low-angle vision of the cat, the messy map layout, and the quirky controls create an exploration experience that's not always pleasant. I found myself getting lost a couple of times, triggering events without a clear reason, and some of the camera jumps were downright disorienting. Overall, my experience was a bit lukewarm. I hope Lu continues to deliver these kinds of projects, but with a bit more polish and flesh to make the exploration smoother and more engaging.

音楽の雰囲気、キャラの立ち絵などは良い ストーリーはネタバレになるから触れない このゲームの問題は操作性 簡単に言うと、ラジコン操作 マウスの右側長押しで視点移動はできます。 しかし、マウスの右クリックでメニューが表示されます。 これについて、言いたいことは分かるかと もう一点、やたらと私の環境(スペックは悪くないです)では結構カクつきます。 →途中で止まってしまったりします。 多分この辺クリアできれば、変なストレスはなかったかなと思います。 値段分は遊べはしますが、万人にお勧めはしにくいのでこの評価で・・・

Probably my least favourite of their games so far because part of it revolves around just walking around the map until you happen upon things and a trigger happens.

nekowater is atmospheric and sad, mostly. the ocean has reclaimed land, and a few girls have survived, and a cat.

Nekowater is one of the harder Lu games for me to follow overall, the atmosphere can be pretty ncie in this one, although it can feel a bit uneasy as everyone keeps referring to something that happened if you've played a Lu game before, you should know what you're getting into if you're not, I don't think this is the first one I'd recommend
