The controls are awful, but the core idea behind the game is... I have no idea what it is about, but it's creepier than intended, so bonus points for that.
🌅 Well.. this is definitely one of the author's early projects, and if you're starting with this one, you might not get the best impression. It's keyboard-only, as the mouse, while functional, is half-broken. It's simple, short, and has a story, but it needs a tech. update. Otherwise, it's free, so okay, cute.

Mellowollem is honestly a solid introduction to Lu’s games, mainly because it actually has a somewhat followable story. Lu games tend to be abstract. Sometimes they’re hard to follow, and sometimes they just don’t make sense at all. That’s kind of part of their identity. Mellowollem still leans into that weird, experimental style, but it gives you just enough structure to stay grounded. You can definitely feel the passion behind it. Even though there’s a lot of reused assets and music across Lu’s games, it doesn’t come across as lazy. It feels more like a small developer working within their own creative toolkit. It’s not going to be for everyone, but if you’re curious about the “Lu game” vibe, this is a good starting point.

MELLOWOLLEM ИЛИ СПАСИБО ОГО ОГО ОГО ОГО ОГО ХЗ
A very nice game that, despite appearances, deals with the themes of loss and grief. However, the controls are terrible and the graphics settings as well. The model of the ‘protagonist’ is nice and cute. Vote: 6/10
Cute dogs!!!
One of the slightly darker and sad storys in Lu's line of games. Rough translation as usual. It's free, and an easy short experience.
