Very souls like, I wish i could equip my shield. Dodged all the bees, but I ultimately failed my king.
I'm feeling it
Utterly wonderful. Weird in that specifically medieval way. Fantastic texture work on characters and environments, and the soundtrack is great. Combat is fun back-and-forth sword-and-board (or 2h whacking). Quite jank which unfortunately catches up to it in the very final section of the game but it's oozing with charm. Huge fan of the squeaky imps.

This game is awesome, but i have some problems with it, like the controls and lack of their customization
Tank movment only.
Enjoyed this game a lot. Definitely has charm and heart to it, and really nice for a first-time entry. Looking forward to more from this developer.
I quite like this game I think. It's medieval painting aesthetic is wonderful and the combat is quite satisfying. Tragically the game debases itself and calls itself a Souls-like which is... well I won't say it's blatantly untrue but there are better comparisons to make like Mount & Blade with it's directional attacks and all that. The levels are large and usually offer multiple ways through them. As a big fan of armors in general this game has a decent selection of 14th-15th century armors i.e brigandines, bascinets both flat-faced and hournskull variants The music is nice, however the music on the mountain pass level got a bit grating by the end. The story is very much structured like a traditional European folktale of a knight fallen from grace who rises again for a grand quest. The overall vibe on this was something I very much liked, despite having almost no similarities to it I kept thinking about Northern Journey while playing it. No I will not elaborate. For 3 dollars this game is very much worth it I'd say.
this game is a fever dream
Dear Developer, you can be proud of yourself for creating such a unique and memorable experience. Really enjoyed your game and think about it a lot.
absurdly whimsical and full of character. combat is jank, but any real souls-head shouldn't mind that since ds1 is janky. it requires a specific flow of weaving and swinging, feels like youre breaking the game but it's really neat to combo dodges and bludgeons/swipes. it really only feels awkward in group fights since you can only strafe when locked on an enemy, but regardless just exploring thru the world and finding trinkets or new people to talk to, it's a real treat. solid recommend if you can stick stick thru it.
