Nancy Drew®: The Creature of Kapu Cave

I love this one! Such a pretty and relaxing atmosphere to stroll around. I love collecting shells and making necklaces, and I even like the jungle science puzzles. One of my favorite settings in Nancy Drew games with fun puzzles!

Most people don't like this one, and I get why. The story is kinda dumb and it also never really resolves. Just sorta... ends. BUT I do love getting to play as both Nancy and the Hardy boys. Also I spend far too much time fishing and playing Wiki Tiki. Screw the necklaces, though.

I usually get at least 6-7 hours of play time with Nancy Drew games, but I was able to finish this one in 4. Plays really quick, but there are some elements you can use to play longer, like the fishing and shell collecting.

This was easy. But a little slow. Good time was dedicated to fishing. :-) It is a good time for music hearing.

If there was a neutral voting option it'd be that for this game. Played this twice on Steam - 1st time took 6.5 hours, 2nd play through took 4.2 hours. This game reached the ending very abruptly - you would be thinking you're only halfway through but suddenly the culprit is revealed and the game ends. It's not a bad game and I did enjoy most of it, it's just such a shame they cut it so short. It had the potential to have a longer and more comprehensive story. I liked the relaxing beach vibe supported by the soundtrack and atmosphere. Didn't really like the tedious tasks to earn 'money'. Necklace-making itself is pretty fun but the lack of variety of resources makes it a lot less fun. Fishing is the worst, very repetitive and slow. The puzzles in this game isn't hard, most of them are pretty easy.
