My Vet Practice

Only buy this for nostalgia, not for a good experience... I used to play this when I was young and I remember back then it was quite bad and I found it difficult to get through a single day with the sheer length of each day and the amount of dodgy controls involved. I can see that this is still a huge problem for this version. If you buy this, prepare for janky, stupid controls that do not respond most of the time and will leave you trying to treat a single animal far longer than what it should have been. If you want a game involving animals or specifically a vet game, I'd wait for the release of one of the other better games coming soon than spend money on this game. It is a very old, cheap game and it really shows.

I genuinely love this game!! I was a little iffy before purchasing because it's a sort of older game, but thankfully it's an older game that is AWESOME!! So much to do, so many animals, and just a good game overall. So far, my ONLY complaint is that the time never stops, and you don't get the option to determine the speed at which the clock goes, meaning every second is 1 in game minute which makes me feel very rushed. It's still an amazing game, and DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY :D

I did not see the realism of this game coming. Honestly this might be the second most realistic vet simulator on the market today (the first being Pet Pals Animal Doctor - not available on steam). Pros: Practice Graphics - The set up of the practice grounds is quite lovely and stylized, the animals look realistic and there are many different color/species variations for all the categories. Town Graphics - The town is enormous and there are a lot of things to do there. Realistic Gameplay - There's a very wide variety of medicines and diseases. Certain times of day bring a rush of customers. Cons: Time - There is simply not enough time in the day to do everything you should be able to do. Once you have more than 5 or six inpatients to treat you really have to choose between treating walk in patients or neglecting your guests. Tediousness - The way the exams work can get very repetitive, and very boring, very fast. Income - You do not get enough money from inpatients in order to really justify the work you put into them

stilll works with windows 10. It's a time killer and gives a great break. Patience is needed but it's good to learn how treating the pets every day eventually really pays out.

nostalgic game for me as i used to play this on the Wii when i was younger, but pretty enjoyable game regardless. yes, the graphics are kinda outdated and it can be difficult to reach some spots on the animals, but i would still recommend catching this game on sale and trying it out. it's a relaxing, tycoon ish game as you can build up your facilities to house and treat different kinds of animals.

Kupiłem tę grę z myślą o mojej córce, która marzy o tym, żeby zostać weterynarzem. Gra jest tak beznadziejnie nudna i brzydka, że nie jestem pewny, czy nie zmieni planów.

10/10. Comfy asf and it has Japanese Gum by Her Space Holiday on the soundtrack.
