My Confounding Cat is Criminally Cute!

This is a very sweet game that tells a simple story very well. Its art is wonderful and its characters are all lovely. One of the better BLs I've played.

the story spends a lot of time over explaining a lot of random details that dont even matter making it feel kinda longer than it needed to be. the main character is also not very likeable and treats his love interest like a punching bag throughout a large portion of the story and i get that its supposed to play into their dynamic but its a bit overboard at times and i think the characters could have been written better. by the second chapter i felt like i was trudging through the plot and really only felt that the third and final chapter was a worthwhile read. overall it has its occasional moments (also the UI and artstyle is adorable) but i was personally pretty dissatisfied with this vn

Reading this as part of the Fall in Love VN Festival 2025. ✔️ Played on Steam Deck, it works fine (30/09/2025). 'A' button to advance text and touchscreen for menu. The UI is super cute and well polished and the art is sweet and very charming. The story is simple and moves pretty quick since it's a short visual novel, but it's still an enjoyable read. Perfect choice if you're in the mood for a cozy BL romance with a happy ending.

Yep, I prefer lesbians but it was nice. 8/10
