A very good vn. I enjoyed the plot quite a bit but the real jewel of this story (as is with all of ebi hime's stories) was the quality of the writing (although being british and reading a story set in England probably makes me a little biased).
I thought this was extremely cute and fell in love with Marnie and Leofe as characters and was quite shocked at how the story turned out. I loved the epilogue and how realistic and natural Marnie felt as a goth teenager (at least to me). It's an easy going LGBTQ+ Visual Novel but I definitely did enjoy it. The few things that I will nitpick about though is that I wish there was voice acting and a History tab. These names were quite unique and I honestly would have loved hearing how they were pronounced (hopefully I am pronouncing them correctly but that's just me).
This story has sat on my library, untouched and collecting dust for what has probably been close to a year, I've always wanted to read it, but my silly mind wouldn't let me, but now i've finally managed to open it and I couldn't be more glad that I've done it, the story truly moved and charmed me, my only regret now being that I won't experience this again as if it was the first time
I like when Leofe of them doesn't understand what Marnie is talking about because they are from different eras. It's funny. Fight scenes are dramatic too.
a good Visual Novel. can recommend it . sweet girls. the price of this game is in offer for -50% good.
I really enjoyed The Fairy's Song! I'm probably getting close to having read 10 Ebi-Hime visual novels by now, and they're all consistently great. The Fairy's Song was a sweet tale about a teenage goth girl who is forced to visit her grandma in the countryside. There, she meets a mysterious knight girl who is straight out of the 8th century. Leofe, the knight girl, is understandably very surprised about the modern world. These characters really felt real to me. When I wasn't reading this VN, I was imagining the girls getting into sticky situations, or Marnie (the protagonist) trying to explain phones and the internet to Leofe. Characters don't often stick with me like that (I'm too busy thinking of my own characters and artwork) so there must be something good about them. The story had some nice twists and turns. Overall it was quite light hearted, but it had some great mysterious, adventurous, exciting moments. Some emotional ones too. The art is GREAT! The backgrounds are very cozy and the characters have a pleasing, quite unique anime-ish style. The music is lovely too. Overall, if you're looking for a sweet yuri romance (they way their friendship and relationship develops is SO CUTE!) with a little bit of mystery and excitement on the side, and a pretty unique premise, check this one out! To me, it was worth every penny :D
Good
A enjoyable little story.
哥特少女 x 女騎士還蠻新鮮
A cute, family-friendly anime. As a Christian I'll give it a 5/5 for Christian friendliness. I was like Emily from the Glitter Force and just wanted a happy ending for Marnie and Lisbeth.
