An NFT shop (that activates your firewall then launches your browser) pretending to be an art exhibition, with no gameplay, and with an amateurish interface (poor camera, Illegible texts in small fonts without background or contrast...) As innovative and worthy of your time as it is colourful.
Mutus Meteora is a zen like walking sim and art gallery experience. Your mysterious character walks around the exhibit viewing pieces of art, which get recorded in your collection. These can then be viewed separately. The images are only 2D pictures however and there is no description or interesting commentary associated with them, which was a shame. I got more enjoyment actually looking at the artwork whilst in game, so they really only serve as an indication of what you have and haven't seen.
🎬Gameplay Video🎬
https://youtu.be/s0Au8s_snMg To collect the images your character needs to find the cross associated with the artwork. Most of the time they are next to the art, but there are a few that can be hidden within the exhibit. Every museum I have visited prohibits you from touching the exhibits, discouraging children from climbing all over them and damaging them. The bonus of a virtual gallery is that you can do what you want, so feel free to walk up them, knock them over on occasion, and explore to your heart's content. You can adjust the camera or take screenshots using the in game camera to get the best view. Some of the exhibits even offer a virtual reality experience. There are thirty pieces in the exhibit to look at and the whole experience lasts around thirty minutes or less. I loved the zen like music as you walk around which changes slightly with each piece of art you view, so it is a very relaxing experience, and the shadows can be manipulated by changing the time of day and the position of the Sun, to get a moody screenshot. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3003142996 I missed out on one piece of artwork called Voyager. There are no clues in the gallery as to where this piece of art is, and the area of the exhibit is not that large, so I expect it is going to be challenging to find. There are no achievements associated for visiting all the exhibits though. One annoying aspect of the game was that my first play through was completed whilst the camera was zoomed in to the character, as that is the default view. I only realised you could zoom out when I saw the store video, and having the view from afar is so much easier to navigate around. My second play through with the camera away from the exhibit was much more enjoyable.
🍳Conclusion🍳

Mutus Meteora was an interesting game and a very relaxing experience with its zen music and mysterious character with very unusual attire. I guess it is to add an oriental zen feel? I would have liked to have known more about the artwork in the collection, as the only stimulation was visual, and am surprised there wasn't any information by the exhibit or in the picture gallery. Personally, it would have been nice to have achievements, as this would have been a nice reward for finding the art, which has a few difficult ones to find. The experience only lasts fifteen to thirty minutes and is free to play so if you're looking to kill a few minutes of time and enjoy a bit of culture then give it a go.
Mutus Meteora -
TPP (Shadow of the Tomb Raider),
The lack of an option to adjust graphics made my laptop almost explode
Warning: Banned Blockchain/NFT content
Mutus Meteora is not a game. Games contain meaningful gamelike interaction and game loops, which are absent in this "art experience". Instead of being a game, Mutus Meteora is a software application that presents a poorly made art exhibition, mostly seen from above. And, even worse, the purpose of the "exhibition" is to get you to go buy NFT's and participate in a garbage blockchain marketplace... cancer. We get this non-game shovelware on Steam whenever your usual Starbucks barista/McDonalds frycook art school dropout finally gets a restraining order from the local art galleries so turns to Steam Direct to try get their art published somewhere so they can finally dream of moving out of their parents basement. It's true that games can be art... art is where the pinnacles of craftsmanship and quality meet vision and narrative to create an experience far greater than the sum of the parts. Real games like Life is Strange and The Last of Us accomplish this perfectly. This, on the other hand, isn't a game at all, and the craftsmanship and narrative are terrible. This isn't making art better, it's just making gaming worse. For those unfamiliar with what actually makes something a game, a "game loop" describes the interaction and feedback a gamer has when playing a game. Tetris, for example, has a game loop where a random block appears, the gamer interacts with the block to position it, and then the game decides if that finishes a row or not, increases the players score if any rows were completed, then gives the gamer another block to position. Counter-Strike has a game loop where a player seeks another player, tests their skill against that player by shooting them or being shot, the computer rewards the player if they win, and then if the player survives, they repeat that loop. There's no loop here, no true interactive feedback. It simply is not a game, it cannot be "played". This has misleadingly been launched in the "Games" section of Steam instead of the "Software" section. This is a common mistake for developers who are new to Steam, or don't understand the difference between games and software which isn't a game. It seems this software published incorrectly as a game is simply lack of experience/knowledge of the correct process. Here's a link for the process to publish non-game software on Steam: Steam Developer Help With Software Publishing It's unfortunate this process was not known about/followed, resulting in a non-game "art experience" being published in the wrong place. Publishing things which aren't games on Steam in the Games section as games is misleading to gamers and somewhat harmful, because it pollutes the Steam marketplace and takes away visibility and market exposure for genuine game developers who do the right thing and make games for gamers. There are no gameplay loops in this rejected art school dropout exhibition, no "gameplay", no meaningful game like interaction. As such, this has no merit as a video game for gamers, and so I cannot recommend this non-game as a game to gamers. Finally, because Valve has banned any software related to cryptocurrency, blockchains or NFTs, this non-game software will be removed and the developers banned whenever Valve gets around to enforcing their policy.
Fun world to explore. Very much like a world built from the mind of Salvador Dali. Love this Artistic Mutus Meteora adventure. Thank you
