I'm assuming (judging by USC Games intro and someone with a "Professor" next to their name in the credits) - it's more of an experimental student project than a wholesome game, and for what it is - it's quite promising. Twenty minutes of pixelated point'n'clicking with simple controls and a few puzzles, mostly fetch quests. Every element in "Sinking Inn" (due to the facts above) is slightly raw and simplistic, yet the story shows potential. There's a world switch mechanic and, however primitive it is, it shows developing team's interest in, at least, exploring "beyond a standard", and we always need more of that in adventure gaming. The look is retro-inspired old-school, very basic, but in a "cute basic" kind of way, so it works within the story, although some sprites look like they are laying down instead of fitting into the actual environment. The music is a bit heavy-handed here in both - theme AND volume, as it makes you think that some unimaginable horror will simply devour the little protagonist, what's with menacing score, but since the premise is more psychological than anything - it's was a bit overwhelming. Generally though, for a FREE student game this is a very decent effort, and from the bite-sized glimpse of the potential I managed to get - I sure hope there will be a full-length adventure on the horizon.

i don't know if this is an incomplete game, a trial run or just the product of somebody just starting out. all i know is i played it for 25 minutes and apparently finished it with very little fanfare. it's unpolished, brief and a bit on the choppy side. would i recommend it? as it is, no. but then you can't beat the price so, eh, go for it i guess?
really cute little game and good foundations for a puzzle game - try it out!!
Short Point and Click Adventure. You need to change realities to solve the puzzles, they are not that hard but can take a few minutes. You can finis that game in under 30 minutes, The graphis and animations are good Try it out it is free!
I like the concept, the puzzles and characters are interesting and gave me a good giggle. A sequel would be very interesting as we could go into us living with our sibling and maybe some more backstory on our parents. I'm glad I found and played this game, 9.7/10.
Its a fun game , pretty quick, not too hard or scary. 10/10 would recommend.
Мало но прикольно :)
I enjoyed it and found it neat, but at this point it feels like the start of something else and itself isn't super remarkable. It took me about 16 minutes to finish and that includes me grabbing a drink and most of the remaining time was trying to figure out my actual goal, I imagine it could take 5 for some on a first try. I recommend trying it out, as it was still fun and did make me think
