I am proud to be the first person to review this game. Here is my review, Overall I thought this game was incredibly enjoyable although I would reccomend being able to change jump from space to up arrow. oh god the mole's screams Have fun goose stepping moles to their salvation!
I'm only at lvl 7, but I'm quickly becoming addicted to this game. I'm normally not big on side scrollers, but this one has simple controls and it's super fast paced, which is my kind of style, hyohyohyo! (I have to go eat and then continue playing, BUT I'LL BE BACK with an updated and more detailed review!) --- (1/12/18) --- One thing I really like is that you don't have to do every level in order. In fact, I jumped from lvl 13 to lvl 19 (beat it) just bc lvl 14 was giving me a hard time, lol. Beware! You'll think you have the game's logic down, but then there might be a twist right around the corner! ;p The level designs are all-around simple, but you'd be surprise how frustrating some of it can be when you're juggling molemen over cliffs or trying to keep the enemies from eating them. All the while making sure YOU don't get killed or stuck in a hole. A nice challenge for big side-scroller fans. And timing is of the essence. Sure, you could run ahead to flip a few switching, but you can't leave the molemen behind too long. Sometimes it takes a few tries to figure out a level and do it right (unless you got reflexes like a cat lol). If there's any cons that I have for this game is that the hitbox is a little small (or maybe I just suck LOL). Sometimes I end up just a smidge too far foward from what I'm tryin to kick, so my foot is technically hitting air even if I'm almost right where I need to be, so it usually doesn't register as a kick. I probably just need to git gud. :v Another tiny issue I had was that in the first level, the sign that tells you how to play is a little too far to the right of where you load in the game. I panicked for two seconds because I didn't know how to kick, and I didn't want to lose my first moleman on level frekkin 1. XD Overall, I'd give this game an 8.5/10. It's got good retro 8bit music/sounds, interesting level designs with creative challenges, simple controls, cute characters, and a straightforward story/goal.
