This game is a masterpiece. It is as if God themself came down and decided to make the perfect game.
Mousegun is a simple, lazy 2D top down twin stick style shooter where you control a mouse in a lab maze and you have to shoot other rats and mice before you get injected. Pretty dark topic for what is otherwise pointless retro pixel shovelware. It looks like it's built up from copying templates/assets from Unity. Resolution and controls are locked, and can't be changed or customised to improve the visuals or the control experience. A choice was made to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC. There's a ridiculous $4 USD price tag on this bundle worsening junk, making this a solid cash grab.

my highscore is over 1 million points btw. However, I'm only #12 on the leaderboard. I hope that there are more than 12 mousegun players in the world.
Very fun and challenging game, and a 100% recommend if you are into the genre. Combat and movement feel really good, and the hidden backstory adds an extra layer of depth.
it not that bad all out and really fun
Nuclear Throne lite
Just as first-person shooters were once called DOOM-clones, all video games must be called mousegun-clones. The fabric of reality would curdle like milk in a pond of hotsauce if this game wasn't around.
Nice game inspired by the classic arcade game Berzerk
this game originally caught my attention when I was going through a playlist of every game trailer submitted to IGF 2020. After watching so many indie game trailers, this one caught my attention for its vibe and straightforward ridiculousness. today, on the game dev community website TIGSource, there was a thread about best games ever made, and someone said, "what about horrible games", and I linked the trailer again, as it had made such a positive impression on me. decided I might as well buy it and give it a try. the game is great. it does exactly what it advertises, and fulfills its promise. I loved the laser weapon particularly, and the death screen science experiment printout made me laugh. kudos to the dev. we need more games like this. simple, straightforward, and effective.
A fun little game with a lot of splattering dead mice. Enjoyed the challenge!
