Jogo maravilhoso.
It's just not a good game. Getting better needs barely any thinking, just build up your HQ and car parts. Game just introduces rules like relegation without telling you, so playing with your own founded team gives you basically no chance to do anything. It's sad that this is still the best motorsport manager out there.

This game is far superior in game play and replayability then the other "title" even tough it is almost 10 years old now. It finds the right balance between sim and arcade, slap some of the ready available mods on here to keep it up to date and tweak it to your preference. Easy visualized understandable interface , start from F3 and work your way up OR start with A++ team in F1 all available from the outset. Create your own stables and livery, develop parts and expand your development center. Perks and quirks to drivers and mechanics allows some interesting and fun mechanics to use/abuse. What is falls short of is graphics but keeps a certain style. I personally have no interest in fpv apart from some novelty moments but prefer birds eyes when managing cars and tactics as it gives me a better overview of the race. I have been waiting for a successor to this title now for ever, and that part of the market is still up for grabs by some indie developer that will outsell the disappointment that F1 Manager is in an instant if they get mechanics and gameplay in line with MM. If you like falling asleep when playing, get "F1 manager" otherwise this gem will keep you taking hits on whatever that makes you stay awake for long gaming sessions.
Review (Short):
Management - (9/10): Motorsport Manager is the best racing management game there is out there despite releasing in 2016. It's very in depth when it comes to managing a team, whether you've created one or taken over one. You're able to manage pretty much everything about a Motorsport team such as the drivers, engineers, cars, finance, factories, and have decision making choices thrown at you. Every aspect of the management makes it very immersive, like for example, the drivers can be dealt with by taking a look at their ratings, and allowing you to make a decision if they should be developed, get kicked off, or stay long term. Racing management is even a more vital mechanic of MM as you can make decisions in races based on the usage of tyre wear, fuel consumption, car setup, and pit stops are all very crucial to learn and to take note of, if you want your drivers to succeed at taking pole and most importantly, winning a race. Upgrading the car is very important when it comes to being the top team of course, as the game gives you six parts to upgrade based off of, and it's all up to you on what part you think will give you a push to victory on the next race. Reliability is also important while upgrading as it can impact your cars in a race. Bad reliability will make you suffer mechanical issue and cause very long pit stops to repair the low reliability items. The management is very unique and is much better in every aspect compared to F1 Manager. As a management game, it's one of the most addictive games that I've played, compared to others in the management genre. Simulation - (9/10): The simulation in Motorsport Manager is quite more grounded compared to F1 Manager. The AI in this game is much better when it comes to competing against them in races and car development. Whereas in F1 Manager, the AI is somehow always jumping ahead of you, and making it impossible to develop a car that can fight for pole and winning a race. MM tries to make it fair, and succeeds in making you feel like you're ahead of top teams. MM provides realism when it comes to weather in game, tyre grip, driver mistakes, and mechanical issues. Interface - (8/10): The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, after playing it for the first couple of hours. Menus are cleanly designed, and important details about your team are easily accessible. Once you’re familiar with the mechanics of the game, the UI makes it easy to manage your team efficiently.
OVERALL - (9/10)
Is it worth your money? -Yes is it addicting? -Yes When will things start to click for me? -2-10 hours of play time is it better than F1 Manager? -Depends on your taste, F1 manager is more laid back while MM is more challenging, but MM>F1 M Does it support mods -Yes
it can't work in win11
In depth enough that the game has challenge but not overwhelming and surprisingly beginner friendly. A good arcade style racing sim even in 2025.
the hours played tell you all you need to know. this game is the best f1 manager out there and the best motorsport manager.
