About
Experience life as a vampire in a magical town full of werewolves, witches, mermaids, and more! In this heartwarming, supernatural life-sim, you will raise mystical crops, learn spell-casting and potion-making, and befriend – or even romance – the locals. And at the same time, show your skeptical father that a life of compassion is possible – even for the undead.
Settle down in your family’s abandoned homestead and make it your own. Build your farm with magic crops and livestock, customize your cottage with gothic style, and make friends with other creatures of the night. Embrace immortality and unlock ancient abilities, all in the name of a more bountiful harvest. Unravel the mysteries of the seven families that inhabit Moonlight Peaks and bring a bit of light back to this spooky settlement. Just remember to be back in your coffin before the sun comes up!

Customize your perfect vampire persona and build relationships with the people of Moonlight Peaks to learn more about the town’s history. Uncover the secrets of the seven families who dwell there – and maybe even find your “tomb” love from any of the two dozen romanceable characters in the process.

Design your cozy gothic homestead, turning a forgotten farm into the ideal sanctuary. Obtain new tools and develop your property to grow even more enchanted crops and raise magical livestock.

Embrace your supernatural lineage! Shapeshift into other forms to explore all the town has to offer, and study witchcraft to learn spells that will help you on the farm or when gathering resources.

Beyond the farm, you’ll be able to enjoy fishing, foraging, and potion-crafting, along with activities like embroidering, flower arranging, and more. You can even collect cards for the town’s favorite game, Nokturna, to play against other residents.

I played on mobile (android) for a while before deciding to purchase this on Steam. Despite there being no way to continue progress from mobile to PC -- it's 2026, Valve, Google, Samsung, Apple ... are we really going to keep avoiding the obvious tech advances? -- I decided it was worth it because the mobile version is fun, but really needs to be played with a controller due to the tiny menu options and too-complex-for-mobile controls. While I have an 8BitDo controller (highly recommend), the mobile version still had its issues even with that problem (mostly) solved by it (you have to touch the menu text, and if you want to navigate it with the controller, the character still walks, which is distracting and weird, and other things also can't be selected without reverting to touch screen). On PC, I'm fine playing with mouse and keyboard, which is my preferred method. It's a nice alternative to Stardew Valley, with better graphics and a cool atmosphere. I love the glitter in the water, the color scheme, and the clear effort put into the audio ambiance. It's beautiful. The avatars are cute (though I wish there were even more customization options). Now, my main gripe: Saving. Again, it's 2026. I would imagine these "cozy" farming games are mostly played by people from high school on, not small children, and therefore, should have an option to save at any time. Middle of the "day" (which is night, in this game, because you're a vampire). If you don't offer this option, as a developer, you're requiring the player, who has actual responsibilities, to either cut the "day" short (losing out on money and other metrics of progress), or allow the software to run while they do those things, which isn't great for the hardware its running on, and may be impossible depending on what else they have to do. It's ridiculous that we're still dealing with games that do this ♥♥♥♥. Cat Mail Co. recently responded to this issue by at least allowing the game to save after each customer served, but it still isn't ideal. Just give us the save anytime option, for the love of god. Smaller gripes: There's no real way to know, without looking it up online, how each crop is going to grow, so when you're planting, you can end up getting yourself stuck between sticks and trellises and logs/rocks you can't destroy until your equipment is upgraded. When planting, it would be nice to see a "ghost" version of what said crop will look like once placed. When clothing shopping, there is no "try on/preview" the item, and the icons (especially on mobile) are so small you have no idea what the item will look like on the character. Otherwise, this game is very cute and has a lot of potential. But again, please god, fix the save issue.

Moonlight Peaks is the perfect blend of spooky, adorable, and chic. Cozy and routine-based enough to turn off the noggin, but there are new storylines to discover in each season.
Great game for players who enjoy story, community, decorating, collecting and farming with a cute supernatural theme. It's a great stress free game for when you want to relax and have some fun cozy time. Highly recommend playing with a controller.
