I liked the game and the fact that it was updated long after the original release shows that they actually care about the quality of the product they put out. The art and the story were very good and the fact that I could just play through in story mode is a big plus for me as I am not a RPG game play fan. I do have one negative point that I would like to point out. The game crashed a number of times during my play through with the update. The worst one was at the end, after the final battle which was a bit disappointing.
A surprisingly engaging story from a relatively simple concept: go out and try to solve the population crisis manually in a world full of monster girls. Definitely rough around the edges in some places, but if you like JRPGs and Eroge, this one might fit the bill. (Good enough to unmark it as private to make a public review)
Honestly fun game. The encyclopedia pisses me off because its nearly useless, but the game itself, the combat and the storyline is all great. Oh, and breeding smut. That's good too.
play on hard if your a gamer and was fun, enjoyed it...
Developed and published by TwistedScarlett60, Monster Girl 1000 is an indie fantasy RPG that combines traditional turn-based gameplay with visual novel storytelling, character collection, and romance mechanics. While its mature content is one of its primary attractions, the game also strives to offer a complete role-playing experience by placing players in a large fantasy world filled with quests, dangerous enemies, hidden lore, and an expansive cast of monster girls. Rather than relying solely on its adult themes, it attempts to create a lengthy adventure supported by exploration, progression, and narrative depth. The story unfolds across the kingdom of Elysium, where players embark on a journey that gradually reveals secrets buried for thousands of years. The narrative encourages exploration by introducing numerous settlements, dungeons, and mysterious locations that each contribute to the world's history. This approach gives the game a stronger sense of purpose than many titles within its niche, as the central mystery remains a driving force throughout the campaign. While the pacing can occasionally slow due to lengthy conversations and optional events, the consistent focus on uncovering the world's past keeps the adventure engaging for players who enjoy story-heavy RPGs. Gameplay centers around classic turn-based combat supported by character progression and exploration. Battles reward players who invest time in improving their abilities, acquiring stronger equipment, and developing effective strategies for increasingly difficult encounters. The combat system does not reinvent the genre, but it provides dependable mechanics that fit the overall design of the game. Stronger monsters and boss battles gradually introduce greater tactical demands, ensuring that progression feels earned rather than effortless. Exploration also plays a meaningful role, encouraging players to search every corner of the world for secrets, new encounters, and additional story content. A major highlight is the enormous roster of monster girls scattered throughout the adventure. Each character is designed with distinct artwork, personalities, and interactions that make discovering new companions consistently rewarding. Instead of presenting a repetitive collection of similar characters, the game offers a wide variety of fantasy-inspired designs that reflect different races and mythical creatures. Relationship events help flesh out these characters beyond their visual appeal, giving players opportunities to learn more about their backgrounds while building connections over the course of the journey. Visually, Monster Girl 1000 embraces an anime-inspired presentation that complements its fantasy setting. Character illustrations receive the greatest attention, showcasing colorful designs that match the diverse cast. The environments and interface are relatively straightforward but functional, allowing players to focus on exploration, dialogue, and combat without unnecessary distractions. Although the game clearly reflects its independent production values, its consistent artistic direction creates an appealing atmosphere that supports both the fantasy adventure and the visual novel elements. The mature content naturally defines the game's intended audience, and players should expect romantic and explicit scenes to be integrated throughout the experience. Fortunately, these moments are supported by a genuine effort to create an interconnected world with meaningful storytelling rather than existing as isolated rewards. Players interested primarily in the RPG mechanics will still find exploration, combat, and progression substantial enough to remain invested, while those drawn to the relationship system will appreciate the large number of unique interactions available across the game's lengthy campaign. Monster Girl 1000 succeeds by offering more than its premise initially suggests. It blends traditional role-playing mechanics, fantasy exploration, character-driven storytelling, and romance into a surprisingly ambitious package that delivers considerable content for fans of the genre. Although some players may find the pacing deliberate and the presentation limited compared to larger-budget RPGs, the game's scale, dedication to world-building, and impressive cast make it a worthwhile experience for its target audience. It stands as a passion project that balances mature themes with a genuine commitment to creating an engaging fantasy adventure. Rating: 8/10

Had a blast playing this game. Probably my favorite aspect is that the story and gameplay are engaging and not just a crutch to get you to the next lewd scene (of which there are many!). The adult content is obviously the main draw, but you stay for the characters and story. Great stuff and I highly recommend it! As for the adult content itself: * Dozens of different monster girls to partner with * No animation or voice acting, only progressive images and sound effects * Art is great, though multiple styles are included (let's say that you will always know who the main characters are!) * Completely playable one-handed * All consensual interactions with only light-kink play Overall: * Great quality art * Enjoyable story that draws you in * Enjoyable gameplay that isn't all about the lewd * Definitely would recommend to fans of monster girls
advertises multiple characters never mentions only 3 are playable characters.
Would give a neutral, The charecters are mostly alright the story is intersting enough and the gameplay is pretty good for what it is. so whats the problem. well my good friend it's incest and unfortunatley a lot of it you have two charecters who are like this and one of them is one of your two party members ugh. Also the game does not commit on making a game where you can invite everyone to join your harem. Meaning most later game charecters dont end up coming to your village or matter which makes you tune out of the mid to late game. if you find a charecter you reallly like you might be disapointed because they could not do anything with them past there intro. also many mid to late game charecters are barely even charecters. making the whole package depend on the story which is ok at best. Because for NSFW game it does not commit to its themes and feels shallow.
still a bit early in game, but it's pretty fun. only grip I have is all the adult parts are all still frame pictures, no animation or sound effects (not even cheap ones). yet the rpg part is pretty solid with good story.
