Mondly: Learn Languages in VR

I really enjoyed this little game. the little scenarios are complex enough that you need to think a bit to say the appropriate responses, I'm glad that the program is sensitive enough to recognize a variety of responses that aren't pre programmed so I really felt like I could speak naturally. My only complaint about it is that you cannot choose your gender so I (as a straight female) mostly had to interact with female characters with jiggly boobs, while the handsome men sat on the sidelines. There were also some amusing mistakes such as the program expecting me to say "Bonjour" (good day) rather than "Bonsoir" (good evening) which I said because it was literally night outside. Also, in the restaurant scene the woman asked me about the time and the recognized options were single digit numbers like "9", which isn't accurate because they use the 24 hour clock in Europe lol so it should have been "21hr". Anyway though! These are just things that amused me, I definitely enjoyed the game overall! :)

this app had ups and downs but it's getting really good these days and i really hope they continue developping it since i really enjoy the learning process in VR.

まだ少し始めたばかりですが 気になった点、起動時と最初の対話チュートリアル開始までHMDの起動した位置か ソフト側の問題か向きがおかしかった、チュートリアルからは普通に直った ソフトとしては、ヒアリング（習いたい言葉の文と母国語で解説）と どう答えれば良いか（こちらも説明付き）で発音 発声が悪いとエラーが出るので回答例を見聞きして再度答える 会話式なので、考えて答えるのが楽しい 話も初心者レベルだから分かりやすいのが良いですね。 音声認識度は比較しづらいけど、それなりには認識してると思う 高評価取れたときは嬉しいですね。

L'idée est plutôt bonne dommage que la captation soit (souvent) a la ramasse... j'ai tester avec 2 micro, un micro XLR sur bras (utiliser pour le stream) et le micro de mon casque mais même problème. Pero para aquellos que preferimos mantenía nuestros almuerzos en donde pertenecen, quizás regresar a la app sin realidad virtual no suene como tal mala idea después de todo.

picked this up to help learn japanese in a VR space. a bit disappointed that there isnt any settings to change kanji to just Hiragana / Katakana. I'm still new to Kanji and them just throwing that at me without any support is a bit of a waste of time. Also they instantly start with complicated sentences that is hard to follow for newbies.
