Run and climb simulator. Story was okay, music was nice and combat was decent. Limit at 60 fps if you're not doing any configuration with guides of some sort. Turn off PhysX Support in settings if you get massive fps drops in game, helped for me! It felt too bright a lot of the time when you were at the rooftops, did not really manage to fix it. Looks pretty nice for it's age otherwise. If you have ADHD and can't sit your ass still while ingame and don't really care so much about a story then this game is perfect for you. Buy at heavy discount!
oh my god
Está bastante divertido pero la historia flaquea un montón
Klasyk!

It's way better to play with an xbox controller than it is with a keyboard.

Man, this game just scratches that itch. As someone who's always been fascinated by parkour, yet unable to learn it, this game really makes you feel and think like a parkour athlete. The high speed, the satisfying leaps, the way the movement feels and the great execution of first person camera really feels as breathtaking as it should be. The game really forces adrenaline in it's various exciting scenarios that really put you on edge. I'd say this game is perfect for what it achieves. The artstyle, environment and overall feel is so evocative of that feeling of the purely clean, minimalist and "perfect" world that authority craves to enforce on humans. The dystopian nature of this city is loud in it's architecture, billboards and even reflective in the music, which feels futuristic, but hopeful. It's hard to describe the music of this game. It gets peaceful, intense, badass and yet hopeful. The game looks amazing, to this day. Though I'd say the character models do show it's age. The plot is simple and so is the controls, but very effective and filled to the brim with enough twists to keep you going. The themes of rebellion, expression and authority are rooted in the plot to give it enough depth to satisfy those who like to get deeper into it. I really like the ending and walked away with it very very satisfied. The overall length of the game is great as well. It doesn't overstay it's welcome and is long enough to make a significant impact. Special mention to the cutscenes, they remind me of this obscure "anime movie" called LaMB (cheers if you actually know what I'm talking about). But despite the familiarity, the art in the cutscenes are charming. The voice acting is good enough. I really have no complaints with it. Overall, Mirror's Edge is a work of art that truly satisfies that want to just run freely, with an excellent story, engaging visuals and satisfying gameplay that truly stands the test of time for me. It's been almost 10 years since I first played this and it feels as good as it did back then. I wish EA and DICE kept making games like these. 10/10
Absolute classic! It's a shame that Catalyst is such a bland reboot.
