The second game in the series has pros and cons as well as the first game. Pros: More complexing mirror ares but there are worlds that you have to escape and get the peices to put back together to go and try to escape the other worlds. Years later of when the kids are all grown up and is thier own personal story with the bad mirror. even greater story line. Better graphics and more beatiful scenes. cons: bad guy dosent die for good but gets shattered and a peice is taken by a bird but the bird leaves it somewhere so the family will still be haunted and the rest will go to a real museum where the the rest of the world will be in horrified by the evil mirror as well. this is what I think happens but the ending leaves with the bird with the peice of mirror in his mouth so it leaves us hanging. recommend the whole series. Sequel is better than the original.

With that said, this sequel isn’t very good but does have some positives. The art style and graphics are nice and seem to be improved. The first world with the Fallout like info terminals is great. The 2 main areas of the game are of course the HO scenes and the puzzles. The HO scenes were good and follow the first game where you are given an object to find rather than the word. Some objects were hidden very well and hard to find, which makes for a good challenge! Puzzles this time are described at the bottom of the screen. There were some unique ones that I haven’t come across, which is always nice to see. They were all easy and shouldn’t cause much trouble. The game is very short. Barely 2 hours and only had a couple different worlds to travel to. [b]Conclusion[/b] I’m giving this a thumbs down due to the short length and feeling like a step down compared to the original. With the decent puzzles and HO scenes, it will get the same score as the first game. If it’s on sale for less than $1, then go ahead and pick it up if you’re into the genre. Otherwise, you can pass this one up [b]4/10[/b] Below Average
