About
Play four hand-drawn memories from childhood and explore the strangeness and unease hiding beneath familiar moments. Some stories are mysterious, others whimsical, and all are a bit experimental. Each story is supported by its own unique art style and soundscape.
A short, open-to-interpretation experience with a total playtime of about 30–40 minutes.
Open up an old wooden box and discover four different objects: a screwdriver, a lizard, a seashell and a moth. Each one has its own story to tell:
🪛 Familiar
Assemble a curious cabinet together with your family. It is not as easy, as it seems.
🦎 The Paludarium
Take care of your pet lizard while nature slowly creeps in.
🦋 The House of the Moon
Search for the moon in a dark seascape.
🐚 The Last Sand Castle
Help the music-loving inhabitants of a sand castle.
Miniatures is an atmospheric and slightly unsettling experience for players who enjoy narrative experimentation, stylised visuals and subtle, but poignant storytelling. It features:
Hand-drawn and award-winning art with a picture book aesthetic
Short and impactful stories that are emotional and open to interpretation.
Atmospheric and ambient soundscapes
Simple and easy interactions: point, click and explore.
Follow the moon, feed the lizard, and discover surreal childhood memories, where the familiar turns mysterious and strange.

stunning game
Like playing a Dave McKean book. Strange and wondrous imagery that leaves you with an overwhelming sadness in the end. Art and poetry can be gamified, it looks like this.
Lovely short experience
love the art direction in this one
Super charming game. At times made me feel a bit sad, at times a bit unsettled, all done very well. Beautiful art too! Left me wishing there was more time for each story with how invested I got....I super recommend this game as a quick play for a summer day.
