Bargain basement quality game. You'd be better off looking into the many other better mini golf games available on steam (Golf with your friends, 3d ultra mini). The actual design of the "levels" aren't terrible, but they aren't fun either. The graphics look free asset tier, the voice samples sound like people with speech disabilities, and the concept themes a far too amateur to appreciate.
6/10! I brought this game on sale last month for like 39p. I have played quite a bit of it today with my nephew and me and him really enjoyed playing it. I would definitely recommend it if you can get it on sale but i wouldn't say it is worth the full £5.99 they are asking for. It doesn't take long to unlock all the achievements.

NOTE: Only recommended for a <1USD price. At full price, you are better off with almost any other mini-golf game. Using that price as a basis. You get A LOT of content. 7 Full Courses, Online Multiplayer, Numerous Ball Customization Options, and the ability to create courses. Thinking of the game as a throwaway experience, say buying 4-5 copies and playing with one group with the expectation of only playing that one night, you could have a lot of fun with the game. It's a nice semi-competitive addition to a hangout. It has/does a lot of good things. It looks very nice, and they've attempted a plethora of styles, from the Max Headroom look of 'System' to the Sepia tones of 'Eclipse'. The game looks great at sale price or full. Something that will go under the radar for most people is how much 'low power' room there is on the power bar. I like that you still have to be fairly precise when close to the hole. Almost every other golf game will let you just kinda bang it home from the point, even though putting is precise no matter the distance. I don't like that it is achieved by making the overall power pretty low in comparison to the lengths of the holes, however, but it was a bright spot in my opinion. Unfortunately, aside from the sheer ability to play and create with a bunch of your friends, I don't have many more positives going for the title. It is a totally functioning game, it just falls a bit on the mediocre side. Where this game falls short is on the course/gameplay design. We'll start with the gameplay. There aren't any custom options to tinker with to add replayability. Nothing like a jump or reset mechanic to allow you to go for a crazy shot or try something again. That sticks out from its competitors as something kinda sorely missing. Another decision that left me scratching my head is how much time there is between holes. This is not strictly loading times or something like that. As soon as you sink your putt, it has to count all your currency up, which there is no way to skip or speed up (that I can tell) all while showing you the scoreboard. It leaves the scoreboard up for a while longer by itself, before finally taking you to the next hole. However, it will slowly rotate and show you the layout of the entire next hole without the ability to skip or speed up the process. It's just too much downtime and it's something you notice right away. "C'mon, c'mon." Continuing with gameplay, but touching on the course design. I do feel the overall power and length of holes are mismatched, so I am not quite sure what to fault. As much as I enjoyed the precision of the short putts, I'd much rather be able to hit further on these holes. I understand that shortening the holes could make some of the designs quite silly, but the point is that it isn't quite right no matter how you slice it. I'm not saying that every hole should be able to be hole-in-one'd, but a good number of them should be.. it's an arcade mini-golf game. Maybe that one is a bit more personal preference, but worth noting regardless. Like I said, for the price, it punches above its weight. I do think games like GWYF and Golf It are just objectively better games at any price, but if you want something a little bit different and have more than a couple friends trying to play something for very cheap, this is a completely viable option. Not the most sound of recommendations, but overall is clearly better than bad. Thanks for reading!
I completely understand this game was just released but the physics just seem so off. I try to change control settings and they instantly revert back to the default settings. You have to be insanely precise in order to prevent yourself from bouncing out of the map, even on the beginner course. Everything in this game seems so old school/basic. I wish they would have put some more time into the making of this game becuase everything is so limited. If anything, I'd reccomend at least adding custom settings to the game. It's a good game don't get me wrong but it isn't the game i was waiting to buy.
overall very good. can recommend it.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ game it should be free not cost 8,99€ it very bad coding. Balls kept jumping on their own, if the person who started the server match finished the course first and if you as a host get a hole in one the other person will get the score that he is currently on so lets say he or she has just hit the ball once he or she will get the score one. Sometimes when you finish it will come up Hurry Up and count down from 50 sec and even if you all have finnish give the person who is not hosting 12 points. You can also go over 12 points o score for one hole,.
I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that. Thank you.
This game could be good if all the bugs are fixed but at the moment all the bugs are game breaking.
Just your below average golf game, map graphics looks cheap plus there's a bug right now where if you set your power too high in the in built maps, your ball will just randomly jump making it hard to complete some levels such as the mountain levels that have ramps, (and no this isn't about the allow jumping feature) controls are decent but not that good imo, guess it can be fun if you have friends to play with, I guess I can justify the cost while it's 90% off due to the winter sale, wouldn't buy at full price. 4/10
