I really enjoyed this game. I thought it really nailed the retro game feel without seeming like a copy of any one thing. I loved how much the game gave me the time and space to solve puzzles and work my way through rooms on my own.
Game was fun until I realized I could lose.
Minas damage is extremely front loaded and I think that is not cool. It makes the early game incredibly challenging while the latter parts are much more trivial. I didn't try any of the accessibility settings but I died the most to fall damage. skill issue.
Es como jugar un zelda viejito, muy entrete
Another hit for Yacht Club! And one I was happy to be a Backer to. Mina the Hollower thoroughly and completely captures that Gameboy Adventure experience, The gameplay is tough but fair. The theming is consistently Gothic. I did, unfortunately, have to tap into the modifiers to beat the final boss. But I love that they are an option to begin with. The music was always on point. One day I will return and get good enough to beat the game on my own. But for now, I can say this was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to see what comes next.
