About
Enter the biotech lab dungeons of Mighty Meow, an action RPG about saving animals and building a warm little settlement. Dash and fight through rooms full of robots, rescue cute animals, then head back to a cozy base where your new friends craft weapons and shields for your next run.
Wiggle and dash through danger as you crash into swarms of robots. Turn each dash into a punchy close range attacks or mix in special skills to defeat as many enemies as possible. The right skill at the right moment could turn the tide of battle!

Rescue adorable animals trapped in underground labs. Each victory brings a new furry ally to your settlement, helping you grow stronger and expand your base to take on even greater threats.

Every rescued animal has a unique ability that shapes your strategy. Stone gathering hedgehogs, item transporting sugar gliders, and many more friends help you collect resources and craft powerful gear while you are off fighting in the dungeons.
Every few levels a new helper animal joins your team with new recipes that push your gear to the next tier.
Greet animals and give them presents to grow your friendship. As your bond deepens they will send sweet messages or even burst into cheerful dance moves.
You will have plenty of cute looks to choose from, but you will need to earn the trust of your furry little friends before new skins unlock.

It is a cute little action game! The cats and other animals are super adorable, and the dungeon fights are not too hard, dodging enemy attacks feels smooth and easy. The only thing I really wish for is steam achievements. I’m a big achievement hunter, so having goals like that would make me want to keep playing even more. Overall, it’s a really fun, and cute game.
cute game. needs controller support
I've been following the dev on Youtube for a while and I love cats. The most satisfying thing about this game is taking down robots. I think one thing that would make the game even more satisfying is letting me smash all the electronics in the labs to get even more loot.
Why you should or should not play Mighty Meow
What is Mighty Meow? This is a single player indie RPG where you play as a small kitty warrior who is trying to help the creatures in the forest who have been captured by strange robot creatures. Quick Pros ✔ Satisfying progression system ✔ Unique mechanics ✔ Easy to learn controls ✔ Deep game play systems ✔ Good balance of challenge and reward Quick Cons ✘ Repetitive game play loop ✘ Mechanics become stale over time Initial Thoughts: -"Awe my main character is so cute!!" -"OMG I WILL SAVE YOU CUTE CREATURE" -"This game reminds me of those mobile games I used to play as a child." Beginner Player Friendly? This game is very beginner players and family player friendly. There is a straight forward tutorial that helps you understand the mechanics. Game Play: In this game your main goal is to enter the robot territories to try and find and save your animal forest friends! you have to fight the robots, save your friends and upgrade your forest home to try and take back what was once yours. Graphics: The graphics are very simple and remind me of the older style mobile games that we all once used to play. I think this game would be able to run smoothly on a lower end system. The graphics are 2D and are adorable. The little pixelated creatures are just to cute. Community: This game was recently released and does not have a large community but so far everyone seems very friendly! How long can you play? I have not yet reached the deeper levels of the dungeons. However, this is the perfect game to play while watching YouTube or various movies. I played some of it, but have yet to see the full time potential. My Opinion: In my opinion this game is very adorable and something to play after a long day. I really like the simplicity of it that makes it the way it is. Overall Review ★ 6/10 - A fun RPG where your main goal is to find your friends and fight off robots as an adorable kitty. ✘ Active Online Multiplayer (meaning people will interact with you in game) ✔ Family Friendly (meaning friendly to all ages) ✔ Solo Playability (meaning you can play by yourself if preferred) ✘ Cross Compatibility (meaning you can play with friends through other consoles.) ✘ In-App Purchases (meaning you can buy things after buying the game i.e DLC's) ✘ Controller Compatible (meaning you can play this game with a controller) Enjoyed this review? A fantastic casual dungeon crawler. A great pick for all gamers, with elements akin to several known titles. Automation elements like Forager, combat similar in feel to Enter the Gungeon (but with fewer bullets), and a UI that's easy to understand. Not a terribly long game, and that's okay. Includes a difficulty selector and a Reset Progress option. Genuinely able to run perfectly on any computer made in the last 20 years. Roguelike is not a tag I would use to describe this game, as roguelikes involve losing progress on defeat. This game only causes the gold received in the dungeon to be lost, items are kept. Plan your automation well, as the end-game gear requires a lot of the beginning resources!
I'm in love! I've always wanted a game where the animals aren't foes/assets meant for us to hunt/kill/farm. All the critters are adorable, and their greetings and little motivational phrases are such a lovely addition! It feels fair that we have to maintain their affection level, given we're putting them to work. Combat feels challenging enough, I like the boons and aids during the battles. All in all, 10/10! The dev has a YouTube channel, that's how I found out about the game, I super recommend checking it out, she has videos on the development of the game!
Cute, fun.
Super cute game! Combat was really satisfying. Simple but really charming sprites and animations. The dash attack felt really good to pull off :3 Peak cat butt wiggle animation
A short, cute progression roguelite with some crafting elements. You head into a dungeon and collect animals to help gather resources, allowing you to upgrade your gear before rinsing and repeating. My only critique is that I expected more unique mechanics from the level bosses. Unfortunately, they all follow the same pattern, just with increased health and damage. Seeing the end-game boss convinced me that the other bosses could have had different attack patterns too. Overall, though, it's a very enjoyable game that I had a lot of fun with
A neat little buddy base building game. Even the combat feels very chill.
