Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Reviews
I've played and quite enjoyed the previous Metro games, and this seems so far like a decent continuation of the franchise. So far, I'm impressed. It definitely reuses Metro Exodus assets, so the first chapter feels a VR walking tour through Metro. Performance-wise, I get quite smooth performance and good image quality on my old Linux PC, with some tweaking. Though I did notice that shadows are bugged in Medium and above quality. I just put them on Low, still looks good. Also, it's surprisingly cheap right now, especially if you own Exodus already.
I couldn't get into it. Very little hook with a ton of exposition about the main character and his family/wife/child, default brightness is unusable while nearly full bright is just barely good enough to see basic details. First 3 enemies lead to running out of mags and medicine before I even really had a chance to be eased into how or whether they would give me extra ammo through exploration and by that point I'd already gotten to the fifth thing i had to crank-charge, now while getting attacked by a rat and dying because I have no way to heal or fight back (punching works, but you either won't kill anything or it takes a ton to accomplish). At that point I'm just annoyed that I spent nearly an hour to basically do nothing that was all that interesting. Maybe I'll give it a second chance but honestly I'm at a stage with VR where I have very little tolerance for games that have me standing around and just listening to characters talk at me.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 3: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you liked Alyx and Arizona Sunshine, you will like this too. A good story with good athmosphere and good gunplay. Inventory is a bit more complex but when you learn how to reach, it is OK then. For me, it is one of the best VR game around.
