10\10 waiting for the digital devil saga remastered 😋😋😋
Pros: Everything except Hulkenberg's ass. Cons: Hulkenberg's ass.
Gallica is just too annoying. I've tried playing the game four times, but I get sick of her after about an hour. It's impossible for me to keep playing.
Das Spiel ist eigentlich mega aber ich bin zu dumm zu begreifen worum es da geht. Aber das ist mein Problem. Gutes Spiel!
Metaphor is a fantastic game that wears its politics on its sleeves. It is of very little doubt what messages this game wishes to convey, and it is all the better for that. It's not always the deepest exploration of politics as a whole, but it is a broad one, and at its core it appears to want to get the player to think a bit more critically of representation, power, and what it means to wield it. Beyond its stories and themes, the gameplay is a lot of fun with a fair bit of challenge (on Hard difficulty, at least, which is what I played through on). I like their approach to a class-based system, and adding a means to allow you to play mastered classes while still giving you the capability to let others grow. It also does something rather brave and gives the option to "Retry Battle" at will with no penalty, which is something that should smooth out rough bumps for the risk averse (and has probably led to no end of "ez mode" complaining from people, I'd imagine). In my case, I was quite pleased to have the ability to "undo" a bad play and save me from losing hours of progress. The music is fantastic, and incredibly unique, and I've spent many hours listening to a Japanese Monk chanting both in-game and then through an enduring ear worm after I'd shut down the game. Aesthetically, the game is beautiful. The character design, the environments, the enemies, and, of course, the lovely user interfaces. Honestly, the game is a masterpiece in that regard. This is certainly a hefty game to play, with a long playtime. But, as many Persona fans would attest, they are generally worth the investment. In the case of Metaphor, I'm inclined to agree.
i love it, its like a dark take on the persona series but with the added twist of an medieval setting
Need a walk-around plate for this.
